Ich habe die folgenden Ereignisse im persönlichen Gespräch der Hotelchefin mitgeteilt. Es gab Erklärungen (in Klammern) warum das so ist/ war, aber sonst nichts. 1. Kartoffelsalat und Hausmüsli "zischen", sind verdorben (Wetter ist zu warm) 2. Dicke Staubschicht auf dem Schrank, Tochter hatte T-Shirt vergessen (Wird durch Fremdfirma bereinigt, geben wir so weiter) 3. Essen beim Abendessen vergessen, Schnitzel als Alternativessen sieht aus wie frisch aus der Gut& Günstig Kühlung (Köche sind krank, selbst der Chef ist eingesprungen) 4. Toilettenspülung am Steg Herrenklo über Tage defekt, Info an Mitarbeiter bleibt ohne Reaktion (Die Mitarbeiter sprechen kaum Deutsch, das müssen Sie uns direkt sagen). In Summe erweckt Regitnig den Anschein einen hohen Anspruch abdecken zu können, für ca. 900 EUR/ Tag erwarte ich deutlich mehr als die uns gebotene Leistung. Am schlimmsten war aber der Umgang mit dem offenen Feedback... PS Ich hatte im Nachgang noch eine EMail (die Dame für Reklamation war krank und meldete sich im Nachgang, uns wurde aus Kulanz für die menschlichen Fehler - 5% Ermäßigung auf den nächste Besuch angeboten. Ich empfinde das als völlig unangemessen, ein weiterer Besuch für uns ausgeschlossen. Um anderen die Enttäuschung zu ersparen, hier meine erste Bewertung in meinem Leben....

Sehr gut gfürtes Hotel in leicht erhöhter Lage. Sehr schöner Badeplatz mit Sauna Ruheräume. Tolles Essen sehr empfehlenswert. Extrem freundliches Personal. Alles sehr zufriedenstellend. Wir kommen gerne wieder . Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war daß sich in unserem Zimmer kein Kühlschrank befand. 👍

We stayed in the chalet "midday sun" - beautiful view, clean, modern, well stocked kitchen (stainless steel pots/pans/utencils/dishwasher/stove/oven/fridge), great outdoor balcony with table & chairs + lounge chairs and the seespa at the lake is amazing. The sauna has amazing views and we enjoyed the adults only area of the lake, which allows for naked swimming after sauna infusions. The hotel is very convenient to everything (boat dock 5 minute walk, bus stop right there, grocery store 1 minute walk, chair lift "bergbahn" 10 minute walk). The food is mostly organic/bio/regional, but honestly just okay. However, we really didn't care, as we had a kitchen and enjoyed trying other restaurants in the area.
