Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Schlechter Service beim Essen.

We were there with three families for a weekend. It was already our fifth visit. We are still 100% satisfied and can highly recommend the hotel. Great breakfast buffet, very good lunchtime snack and in the evening partly à la carte, partly buffet, very good. For the most part very friendly conditions. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but the weather was good and we always ate outside, where the dog was allowed. You are also allowed to eat in the fireplace bar. You can take the dog there. Dogs are allowed to go to the pool. Great tennis courts, indoor and outdoor courts, good trainers. Very good wellness area. Great infinity, always enough loungers available in the outdoor pool. Not exactly cheap, but it's worth it. We'll be back.

Note: The hotel blocked my Google review claiming that we had never been guests. Look at the pictures and you will know why this attempt was made... So here is the post from back then again: Stay August 2020 5 stars for tennis and food 4 stars for spa/wellness 3 stars for service 1 star for room and cleanliness The details: We really liked everything about tennis and sports, our son took part in the summer camp, I myself had a few individual lessons. All trainers are highly professional, committed and motivated. The camp had a small number of participants and 2 trainers, so there was also intensive training. We liked the swimming pool and fitness area, as well as the wellness treatments we booked. Our booking included 3/4 board. The food was plentiful, fresh, varied and delicious. We liked the organization given the circumstances (first Corona summer!). Unfortunately, the service was up and down depending on the person, from friendly and attentive to unmotivated and grumpy. Our family room was not at all OK and neither in proportion to the price nor to the standard. Located in the rear (70s?) extension, we were given the corner room with (warning: irony) a wonderful view of the back walls of the swimming pool. The extension itself is a plain, grey box that would have been pimped up a world of a few geraniums in the non-existent flower boxes! In the hotel's marketing, this brittle apartment block is called the "Star Villa"... The room itself was completely filthy, starting with the cobwebs, then mold stains and streaks on the walls, stains on chairs and stools and the disgusting sink. The windows hadn't been cleaned for what felt like an eternity. The reaction of the receptionist to our complaint was interesting. Personally, she was extremely embarrassed. But she made no secret of the fact that guests are constantly complaining about the condition of the rooms in the Star Villa. But there was nothing more than routine words of regret. No room change, no gesture of compensation, no matter how small. Conclusion: The condition of the room spoiled the holiday; as backpackers we had better low-budget rooms in Asia. It cannot be compensated for by a good tennis offer and food alone and it does not come anywhere close to meeting the requirements of a 4**** hotel. Therefore, in total, only 2 stars in my subjective rating and I advise against the hotel. We will not be coming back.
