設施：酒店設施老舊，房間凳子和床單不乾淨，陽台打不開，屋內不提供礦泉水
環境：地方偏僻周圍沒有配套設施
服務：前台到客房的路上就跟迷宮一樣，全程沒有引導，衝著泡澡去的結果辦理入住的時候告知洗澡門票是另收費的還不能補差價！

호텔방은 오래된 느낌이지만 침대와 침구가 좋아서 만족합니다.
평일이라서 조식은 뷔페식이 아니고 원하는 시간에 방에 가져다 주었는데 다양하게 정성껏 넣어 주셔서 배부르게 잘먹었어요.
온천은 좋았지만 이용하는 사람들의 매너가 문제가 많아 보이는데 관리를 잘 하지 않는 느낌입니다.
예를 들면 실내탕에서 양치질을 하거나 노천탕에서 때를 미는건 기본이고 면도까지 하는 사람을 보고 기겁을 하였어요.
텐무온천에 다녀온 후에 와서 비교가 많이 되었어요.
실내흡연도 너무 당연시 해서 기분이 좋지 않았어요.
이곳은 온천으로는 다시 가고 싶지 않아요.

位置太偏，外面環境還行，內置裝修太差，怎麼攜程還給定個“5鑽”，服務態度還行，一直引導至房間，是你沒放礦泉水，打了電話送兩瓶過來，順便還送了兩個蘋果和兩個牛奶，服務員不錯，重在攜程引導這麼差的酒店，誤導消費者👎👎👎

衞生很差 ，床單有血漬，馬桶完全沒有清潔
要不是周圍沒有酒店，帶着好幾個孩子，不然我一定不會住！ ！ ！
入住後，等從新打掃完都11點多了 耽誤了孩子睡覺
但是經理態度很好 ，第二天早上送來了 玩偶和水果
但是，衞生3個房間2個不合格
孩子住的房間，翻枕頭下面全是頭髮 ，
有點失望 ，下次不會再去了
