近海，非常近。停車太難了。設施一般中的一般。中規中矩。相當於一個民宿。房間很小很小。被子有一個不太乾淨。好在服務人員很熱情，很貼心。

環境挺不錯的，面朝大海，晚上還有沙灘音樂，離網紅打卡地也很近，挺熱鬧的，還可以洗衣服，難得遇到一家好店

住的陽光園景房，有點小，窗外是林海公園的小樹林，安靜愜意，下樓就是火炬八街，離海很近，順着沙灘走不遠就是國際浴場，那邊的飯都很好吃，沒有電梯，有服務員幫忙拿行李箱，服務都很好，很熱情，乾濕不分離有點麻煩，老闆人很好，臨走幫我們拿行李箱，送到出租車上，還送了寶寶愛喝的西瓜汁，入住很愉快。

位置非常非常非常好，下樓過個馬路就是大海，非常方便，離火炬八街打卡地也很近，但是沒有那這麼亂，吃飯什麼的都特別方便，老闆也很好。朋友過幾天來玩，已經推薦給朋友了。
