服務非常好，碰到的所有服務員包括接駁車司機都很好，熱情周到，非常加分。
減分項：居然衹有衞生間的一個垃圾桶，現在就是房間小的快捷酒店，房間裏都會有個垃圾桶方便扔東西，一室一廳居然衹有衞生間的垃圾桶非常不方便，建議配上吧。
建議項：悦馨閣沒有單獨的晾衣架，雖然比天沐閣便宜，但是都是一個酒店，而且天沐閣有，首次預訂誰能想到會有這個差別，以為都有呢，温泉酒店客人都有晾泳衣的需求吧，建議添加普通的就行，比天沐閣的差有就行，有些客人衹能把泳衣晾在公共走廊的窗户把手上。
請一定改好項：住的家庭間，第一次分的425，住酒店換房其實很折騰，都是沒辦法才換的，洗澡沒有洗頭髮的前提下，發現地漏滲水非常慢，水都從淋浴區流到了洗手池的地方，換房，換到325，洗澡開始沒事，這裏表揚一下水沖也熱很好，洗到最後還是同一個問題，要不是太折騰了，真是下水太差勁了，這項是負分！

床單一掀開有驚喜不明毛髮。設施陳舊，門鎖也不太好用，要費很大力才能打開。床單還有破洞。空調聲音巨大。開空調晚上根本睡不着。客房給送了歡迎水果這還不錯，剩下的一塌糊塗。太爛了，不值這個價錢。超級超級不推薦。這個價格的酒店搞成這個樣子，有什麼勇氣賣這麼貴，還不如外面的小旅館。差！！！！還有，早餐的咖啡機是壞掉的

很棒的度假酒店，很適合休閑放鬆，山裡空氣很好，環境非常安靜，晚上會有蟲鳴，有一種小時候的感覺，温泉泡起來也很舒服，很乾凈，很多不同的池子可以選擇，管家畢紅妮非常熱情，安排我們入住還送了水果和小零食，幫我們解決入住期間碰到的問題，非常棒的一次度假體驗

趁暑假的尾巴，帶孩子來泡泡温泉，室內温泉中規中矩，更喜歡室外温泉，四大美人湯、西洋參湯、艾葉温泉、紅酒温泉、檸檬温泉等等，可根據自己的喜好隨意更換。配有更衣室，洗浴用品，浴巾也很充足、乾淨，泡完之後可以洗好、吹乾頭髮。另有室外無邊泳池，可惜帶着孩子沒有體驗到。管家孫榮華服務也不錯，入住的時候剛好中午12點多一點，我預訂的家庭房，衹剩一樓一間家庭房，其他的都還沒清理好，管家建議帶我們先看看再做決定，其實房間很好、很乾凈，直接入住、休息。總之，體驗感很棒，還會再來！

基本上泡温泉比較有名的幾個我都去過了，天沐是我的最愛，依山而建，沐浴在大自然中，實現了人與自然的天人合一。昨天正好趕上下雨，有種而今聽雨僧廬下，點滴到天明的感覺，棒！！！

每年都來天沐酒店泡温泉，環境優美，服務一流，特別是迎賓小哥及客房管家，讓人感覺到和藹可親，熱情周到，值得點贊👍，酒店不足之處是房間淋浴水温不穩定，忽冷忽熱，下水也不暢通，需要改進。
