Excellent location right opposite a shopping mall. Great and vast breakfast selections, Clean rooms, but will be even better if attention is paid to the window sills. Xiao Dao virtual assistant is fun to play with!

Had an enjoyable stay in this hotel which is located very near to Weihai Station. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks & big compliments to Li Miao for her passionate service & prompt help with our requests during night hours after we were back visiting Weihai attractions. The concierge & guard are very helpful, taking initiative to load up our luggages. Will definitely choose this hotel next time back in Weihai, lovely services.

This has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at throughout my visits to Weihai. In terms of cleanliness, location, and comfort this has met all of my needs. One major thing that I enjoyed was the friendliness of all of the workers there, as a foreigner this made a huge difference and made checking in extremely comfortable and easy, everyone was very kind and helpful. Directly across the street there’s a big shopping mall, plenty of restaurants and English is also spoken by a few members as well. Will definitely stay here again!

辦理入住時前台把套餐內下午茶卡，還給新開的酒吧抵用券，入住辦理整體還好，在晚上去酒吧體驗時告訴我今天太忙酒吧沒有營業，第二天下午帶着下午茶的卡去享用，前台服務員一次收了2天的卡什麼沒説，就讓我去沙發哪等，一會有服務員送過來茶點，我們等24分鐘還沒送來過去問發現服務員不在，有一名可能是老闆的美女説需要自己取茶點，此時我非常無語的離開，回到房間發現房間沒有打掃，我打電話去前台給我回復是我開免打撓所以沒有打掃，再到今天上午9:30退房把房卡給了前台並問怎麼開票，前台回覆讓我聯繫訂購網站就可以，下午1:30酒店前台給我打電話讓我儘快退房。以上經過讓我無語，衹能説這個酒店沒有一點服務意識、服務標準，此次入住酒店太不值這個價，希望我的體驗給你規避類似坑。

作為親子友好星級酒店首選，結果體驗感差強人意。馬路對面就是九龍城遛娃放電吃飯都很方便。但是隔音差和服務問題確實是酒店的“硬傷”，尤其隔壁吵鬧會直接影響休息，服務不到位覺得花錢受氣。
我們刻意選的4層庭院房想着能讓小朋友在户外玩耍。但是房間能清晰聽到隔壁樓上的説話、電視聲，甚至走動聲），大半夜隔壁一對男女“響動嘶吼”聽的清清楚楚，敲一下強安靜一會，過一會又開始，不知道她們全程直播尷尬不尷尬，孩子都嚇醒。早上4-5點過道就開始有人走動，關門叮叮咚咚的，搞的人凌晨被吵醒，整夜沒睡好）；
-呼叫服務很久沒人迴應、工作人員態度敷衍、問題反饋後沒解決。
如果你對睡眠環境有基本要求，或者對噪音比較敏感，強烈建議繞行。

酒店感覺不錯，進門前台小夥小宋服務很熱情，笑容很有感染力，酒店的設施設備介紹的詳細清晰，酒店周邊好吃好玩的給我們推薦的很全面，九龍灣公園，威海公園，悦海公園，火炬八街，韓樂坊，歐樂坊，威海老夜市等等，感覺威海一處一景，處處有驚喜！房間也很不錯，設計佈置都很有內涵，下次威海再見
