威海三天之旅結束的最後一天，選擇入住這家酒店，三天入住的都是華住會的酒店，衹有這家體驗感最差，我們是兩個家庭一起入住的，都是同樣的感覺。定的親子房，別的酒店都會主動給小孩牙刷和拖鞋衹有他們家沒有，定到酒店寫着沒有贈送早餐，一般會看到帶小孩也都會贈送早餐了，衹有這家完全沒有商量的餘地，明確表示需要我們加50元升級會員才會給送早餐，一副怕讓我們佔了便宜的樣子總之體驗感非常拉垮。非常不推薦！

整體非常不滿意，服務非常差勁。我能理解高峯期間，酒店很忙，但她們服務人員的一系列操作太糟糕了。
一、剛到時2點多，房間沒有收拾好，我們表示理解可以先出門進行行程，待會兒房間好了請他們把行李拿上去，並電話通知我。結果他們並沒有電話通知，並且也沒有把行李放在房間內，最後是我兩小時後致電詢問房間是否收拾好。
二、進屋後，地上有水漬，打電話讓來打掃，兩分鐘後阿姨過來沒有敲門，也沒有詢問，我在換衣服，她直接刷卡開門。她道歉並表示以為房間沒有人，所以沒有敲，地上的水是修空調的剛走，沒有進一步打掃。
三、過一會兒前台致電表示經過調查，阿姨敲門了，聲音較小我們沒聽見，但他們願意贈送早餐表示歉意。我不知道前台和阿姨誰在撒謊，這種不承認錯誤的態度我完全不能接受。
四、屋內空調有問題，我要求換房，管理人員表示沒有空房，讓修空調的來修；直到我發火才答應去協調換房，我們表示希望休息一會兒我們自己搬過去，因為折騰這麼久已經很累了，管理人員説“這間客房我們還要給別的客人”。
入住體驗很差，團隊處理問題的態度和能力都非常業餘，最後還來電話要好評，讓我覺得非常驚訝，怎麼臉皮這麼厚？？
