設施：設施齊備，衞浴就不必多説了，有洗衣機和微波爐和四人用也沒問題的大桌子，還有電視。院子有鎖，每間房都有密碼鎖，方便安全。
衞生：挺好，乾淨整潔，一客一收。
位置上，出門就是金海灘市集，走個幾分鐘就到金海灘浴場，很方便。
老闆人很好，介紹了很多吃的玩的，還推薦了路線。想騎電動車的朋友也可以跟老闆説。
威海是個好地方，值得來玩。

房間不錯，比麗楓威高廣場店的房間大，衞生也好，在那住了一晚倒這裏，床也舒服，旁邊就是金沙灘市集菜市場，步行不到十分鐘就到了金沙灘，人少，沙好，水果海鮮既新鮮又方便。總體感覺威海7，8月性價比低，房價超貴，都是人，天氣非常熱，這個季節要來的三思。如果想玩千萬要租車，要不這天氣早上出門就廢了！民宿老闆挺好，個人感覺比較9提有個人。民宿很安全，院門，樓門，房門都有密碼鎖

老闆是個文藝大叔，人挺好的。
不足：浴室水壓有點小，房間插座佈局不太合理，位置確實離海灘很近，但是要走一百多米小路
優點：空調電視洗衣機都是小米的，還有飛利浦吹風機，希望老闆以後賺夠錢換個戴森的。
