酒店的環境不錯有個院子，在景區內，對面就是十笏園，周邊吃飯也很方便，價格不貴，停車也是免費的，但是停車場不是在酒店內，在地下停車場，要提着行李爬2層樓，沒有電梯，酒店的床單上有頭髮，淋浴噴頭跟本沒法用噴很細的水，馬桶也很小，房間的空調製熱不好用而且聲音很大，歡迎水果也沒送，要了也沒給。早餐有點涼，下午茶還不錯，總體沒有達到預期，酒店細節管理太差。

空調形同虛設，開到30度都冷到發抖。衞生間乾濕不分離，洗澡水會濺到馬桶和插座上，用吹風機的時候還觸電了，嚇**了。房間非常非常小。除了離十笏園風景區近、環境幽靜，其他真的一言難盡。性價比很低，不推薦。
