新裝修有味道，南面房子離空調排風近，晚上噪音很大，健身房寫的有但實際沒有，要了個小童牙刷讓等一會，一晚上也沒送到。

嚴重避雷！！ 從上海驅車700多公里參加朋友婚禮因為婚禮在這個酒店辦所以就提前兩天入住了 結果體驗度真的很差，以至於下次再來濰坊我肯定不會選擇這家酒店。
1.酒店地理位置 是在老城區的郊區 因為所有外賣包括24小時便利店都起碼5公里以上配送時間40分鐘+而且周邊幾乎都是在造的樓或者廠房沒有購物或者集中餐飲的地方 所以像我這種喜歡在酒店點外賣的朋友果斷勸退。
2.酒店餐飲 入住當天朋友就請了在酒店二樓的中餐廳雖然我有心裏準備因為酒店的餐飲一般都不會比社會餐飲來的口味那麼好但是萬萬沒想到會這麼差……海蔘像橡皮筋一樣度有彈性，油炸黃魚外面油炸裹粉像石頭一樣邦邦硬……雞湯真的原汁原味讓我一度認為廚師忘了放鹽。真的誰吃誰知道。
3.酒店設施 雖然是一家新開的酒店但是在濰坊30℃的天氣 我把空調調至16℃開了一晚上仍然室內温度26℃然後等到中午太陽最熱的時候室內温度又回到29℃😂後來實在熱的不行 我自費購買了電風扇！對！沒錯 我不但自費買了風扇還有拖線板因為不管是房間還是廁所都很熱！但偏偏對着浴室的那個中央空調風口吹出來的風是冷的所以可以想象當你洗完熱水澡打開浴室門得時候一股透心涼的風會吹到你打哆嗦，所以到底是誰設計了這麼反人類的出風口。這期間無數次打前台電話請工程部的師傅解決問題態度都不錯但是都是無功而返 始終沒有辦法解決空調不製冷得問題。換了好幾個房間都是這樣。
4。酒店的衞生與管理 地毯上面的頭髮，廁所反水上來的惡臭還有不製冷的mini吧冰箱 所以我真的無法想象這個酒店夏天該如何應對這一系列的爛攤子呢？我也不知道這個酒店有沒有GM或者當晚有沒有MOD的經理 至少我衹見過工程部的師傅和前台的小姑娘至始至終對於我的投訴管理方沒有出面做出任何迴應真的很遺憾 造價不菲的酒店就給我留下這種印象。希望這條評論可以讓酒店的管理層或者業主看到。謝謝

酒店大廳很高級，設施比較新穎，房間很大，層高很高，訂的2米大床，帶娃三個人夠住，住的21層，視野開闊，開車去的，門口停車也很方便，價位合適，早餐種類希望再豐富些，就更完美了
