非常有特色的酒店，還帶着小博物館，有梅花鹿、鼢鼠、小羊，退房時還給小朋友伴手禮，孩子喜歡的不得了。
房間比較大，早餐也還可以，周圍也有很多飯店，與景區也比較近。

蒙古包樓很有特色，酒店管家華華服務主動熱情，細緻周到，必須贊一個。建議酒店在公共區域和房間的硬件細節上修整一下，畢竟是塞罕壩最高檔的酒店了吧。

首先，酒店房間設施規格和實際不符
1、房間裏沒有除了瓶裝水以外的軟飲（瓶裝水給的足夠不摳唆，嚴格來説瓶裝水也算軟飲）
2、房間內沒有提供迷你吧（包括收費形式）
3、酒店號稱提供管家服務，現在問是到店加，實際體驗是沒有人説過有，也沒加過，而且酒店不讓車開到大堂，並沒有管家聯繫提供接駁和任何服務，請問那這個意義何在
實際體驗，入住時剛好下雨，接駁車就得靠搶，保安就管在一片漆黑的停車場自己找地兒停車，號稱提供擺渡車，結果實際就一輛大一輛小的兩輛擺渡車在運行，多的車不是壞的就是在放着，打電話也打不通，衹能自己停好車走到酒店外面門口再搶車去大堂，結果今天一看別人評價之前還有人能開進去，這區對待。百度地圖導航直接餓到酒店北門然而車堵着不讓進，定位有誤導性。
設施：説是十一後供暖，不過提供了電暖氣還是很貼心的。主要設施都挺老的，洗澡水壓很小，路面磚也都翹起來不平挺差的，下雨天要小心踩水坑。房間隔音不好，樓道里人走過説話都很吵。電梯和具體房間樓大堂裝修的都挺好。
餐廳：早餐也沒管理，位置靠搶也不控制放人數量。晚餐就厲害了，團購平台或者酒店官方團購498的羊排套餐裏面的羊排長這樣，第一次見到這樣的烤羊排，真空包裝得預製菜羊排自己回家烤完都比這個好。
環境：蒙古包形狀很有特色，傳説中的篝火晚會不下雨時也並沒看到，這邊號稱森裏防火不賣煙花了，可是也不管在酒店園區內各種玩兒鞭炮類，房間樓門口一地的摔炮也是坐到了防火安全麼？
衞生：就老酒店的四星水平，跟那種大連鎖快捷品牌二三星級水平差不多，不能有五星的期待，不過在這個地方已經比其他的高到不知道哪裡去了。

酒店位置很好，離周邊的景點很近。酒店環境很好，設施齊全，環境佈置很温馨。特別是酒店門口到入住房間有免費電瓶車可以接送，酒店內部有餐廳，自助早餐品種很多，午餐可以自助點餐。前台小姐姐服務很熱情，特別感謝管家棋棋給我們提供了周邊遊玩攻略。

這是我第二次入住這家酒店，管家靜靜的服務非常周到，真的讓人賓至如歸！對任何問題的反饋和解釋都很周到及時，需求也能及時滿足，給了我們很大幫助。酒店環境也非常好，設計很有特色，餐廳的菜品也很合胃口。有兩點小小的建議，一是房間水龍頭設計不合理，冷熱水分開使用不方便，而且容易濺水；二是餐廳的餐具有待提高。
