嚴重失信！預訂房間被擅自轉讓，體驗極差！非常失望的一次住宿經歷！提前一週精心挑選並預訂了這家酒店，滿懷期待地到達後，卻遭遇商家單方面違約，將我的房間私自轉給他人，這一行為不僅違背了基本的商業誠信，更是對消費者權益的嚴重侵害。初到現場，商家非但沒有積極解決問題，反而隨意安排至一家環境極差的旅館，其設施陳舊，衞生狀況堪憂，與原先預訂的完全不符，價格更是低廉許多，卻拒絕退還任何差價，讓人難以接受。幾經交涉，雖然更換了另一家住宿，但整個過程中商家的態度和處理方式令人心寒。新住宿雖稍有改善，但商家對於價格的解釋前後矛盾，先是謊稱新住宿價格高於原訂，後又改口稱因私人關係才得以優惠，這種自圓其説的行為，更顯其缺乏誠信與專業。在此，我強烈建議未來有住宿需求的旅客謹慎選擇此商家，以免重蹈覆轍。對於此次經歷，我將保留進一步維權的權利，也希望平台能加強監管，保護消費者的合法權益，讓誠信經營成為行業共識。總之，這不僅僅是一次簡單的住宿不滿，更是對商家職業道德的深刻質疑。希望所有商家都能以此為鑒，誠信經營，方能贏得顧客的心。

酒店位置還不錯，周邊比較繁華，在塞罕壩服務區中心位置。停車方便，房間面積還可以。但很明顯KTV改造，希望店家有精力的情況下還得提升一下房間設施。增加一下服務員德數量，提升服務質量
