Especially for families, the place would be fantastic, beautiful location, very clean and0 spacious rooms, lots for families to do, bikes, kayaks, foosball, and so much more. Ducks also seem to visit the home every morning. You can even walk to rent boats and eat at The Upperdeck restaurant. In full disclosure for others who might stay here, the home does have some setteling issues but overall was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this home.

Paradise
Everything was awesome easy check in very clean love being on the water so you can just walk out the door and get on the boat and go out to the ocean enjoying the beautiful soundings of the Weekie Wacthee river then jumping into the river for a great way to cool off. Love celebrating our anniversary for the last 3 years there. The property manager has always been wonderful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great location. The house was clean ( with the exception of the floors. They were in need of a good cleaning) and comfortable. We would book there again.

Great place
Great location and very accommodating! Enjoyed the kayaks and bicycles that were provided. Very clean house. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom but would definitely book again regardless.

Better than Excellent
Family visited the property and absolutely loved it. We had space to stretch out with two bedrooms, a great screened-in porch and an awesome Back area. The Kayaks and bikes were all brand new and amazing to use. We saw more manatees kayaking behind our house than we did at Weeki wachee. Highly recommend!

Nice getaway
Very cute first impression. Clean and smelled good too! The dock and kayaks were utilized the most. Caught a few fish and watched a few manatees pass the dock. Very neat spot!

Relaxing getaway
The title say it all! Very quiet, relaxing and clean property. It was great to get out on the water in the kayaks during the day and sit on the patio at night.
