To put it bluntly... this hotel was the worst we've stayed in for a while. Bad presentation, bad experience, and an overall crappy stay. The problems include, but are not limited to: -Horrible smells. -Rude staff. -The showers run cold. -The laundry doesn't work. Do not stay here.

We stayed there and the front desk staff Cedric was very nice and helpful and kind always polite my family and I enjoyed our stay he made us feel very welcome and at home I recommend anyone trying to book this place you won't feel disappointed the rooms are very nice and clean and laid back

This is our second time staying at this location. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is close to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this location for your business stays.

My husband and I checked in to this hotel. We had never stay at this chain. The staff were kind to show us their rooms first. The entrance, room were clean and extremely decent for the price. We felt safe in this part of town as well. Breakfast could be better. We had trouble with the phone not working in our room. The door was messed up but maintenance quickly fixed that issue.

I have been here over a week and the costumer service in the front desk has been superb! This is my first time at an Extended Stay, so I had to get accustomed to the norms. Jackie and Jordan have gone above and beyond to answer my questions and to help me out within their means!

It was one of the most amazing places that I’ve ever stayed at. It was very clean and had very comfortable beds. Would definitely be visiting again and highly recommend. The staff were so caring and professional!

The room had roaches in the kitchen area. No forks cups spoons paper towels or plates or pots just a very small microwave, fridge and stove. Rooms need to be exterminated. kitchen had roaches. no utinsels not one cup fork knife plate nothing in the kitchen no pots just stove and fridge. ice maker laughs they told me ice maker was in the room it was two empty ice trays. Staff was excellent room needs to be exterminated.

Convenient location. Easy to get to the NASA Space Center for our stay. Front desk was helpful. Cedric was very accommodating and pleasant! Definitely will be a returning guest at this location in the future.

When we pulled up there were only three or four cars in the parking lot, and it appears lots of people live there. The floors were dirty in the lobby and food crumbs in the elevator and hallways. We booked several months in advance for a two bed room, and arrived to discover they had no rooms available with two beds. In fact the only room available in the whole hotel was the one they assigned us with one bed for 3 people? Not a great experience. We did not stay.
