La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston/Clear Lake-NASA

-walked in the front door up to the front desk and the woman at the front didn’t so much as even acknowledge us. Acted like we were legit ruining her day by checking in. -got to the room and surveyed the sectional in the room: covered in questionable stains. -air conditioner sounds like a jet engine malfunctioning (loud and horrible) -had to discard over half of our towels because of how dirty they were (I’m talking blood, other bodily fluid and old makeup) -lighting in the bathroom was so so dark and hard to see while putting on makeup -mismatched paint spots all over the walls to cover scuffs. Not a good look. All in all I would pay the extra $30 and stay at Home2 next door next time around.

If you are really into scum bucket filthy this is the place for you. Of course, when you first open the door to your hotel room, typically, you flip on the light switch. But, the entry light did not work at all in the room we had. Probably to help hide the dirt. We got in and the first thing I wanted to do was iron my clean shirt as we were going out to a nice restaurant.....Take a look at the picture of the ironing board.....How would you feel if you wanted to use this for your clean clothes? This hotel must be independently owned as the concept of clean has not registered with this management team. The poop mark on the carpet did not enthrall us much either. The black mold under the sink and at the tub were signs of neglect. And, the stained ceiling grille made us wonder what lurked inside the ductwork. The mattress had more lumps in it than the breast cancer center at MD Anderson. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone that desires cleanliness. It was rather filthy!!!! See attached pictures.

Nice sized room, clean with nice lobby amenities. Would stay again.

Great ajoining rooms. Reservation change to add another night was handeled nicely. Excellent staff.
