Perfect location! Conveniently located across the street from a huge plaza where all kinds of food are available.

Hate a small issue with AC. Management moved us immediately and upgraded us. Will definitely stay there in the future

Very nice place overall, the price was OK for the value. Clean room, good breakfast. Hotel needs updating, the lamps and fixtures in the room were not convenient for charging devices. Hot tub was off-limits, although it was sitting there turned on, looked like it worked. Gym was small but functional, a kind of added-on extension. Breakfast was OK, lacking oatmeal.

The best part of our stay was the excellent help from Clint at front desk who went above and beyond for us on two occasions and Catherine Carroll the GM who recovered my daughters lost prized possession blanket and helped with another matter. They both were exceptional. Thank you.

I’m not sure who if anyone will receive this. I just have to give this hotel a GREAT review! I travel Mon-Fri all over 3 states and I just found my new favorite hotel in Weatherford, Texas. I was a little late checking out due to a work meeting that ran over and I went to take down my first load of luggage to the car and noticed my key had already stopped working. I called downstairs and Clint came right up. Then he offered to take my luggage cart downstairs so i wouldn’t have to take 2 trips. I can tell you that in the past year+ NO ONE has OFFERED to take my cart or help me. (I don’t ask either) Just the fact that he took the initiative and insisted on helping me speaks volumes! He made my entire week! Thank you also to the lady who took care of the breakfast every morning. She is a hoot! The ladies at the front desk… A++++++++ I will definitely be back! Thank you again!

My first time at a Fairfield Inn and discovered there is no mattress cover on the mattress, just a sheet. The front desk person said this is standard. My husband called Marriott and could not get an answer on whether it is standard to have no mattress protector. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this and I find it unsanitary and unacceptable. We’re looking for another hotel for the night. Will never book at a Fairfield Inn again.

Hotel was clean and clerk was nice. Worst mattress we’ve ever had and that’s a priority when we travel. Normally take a Hampton Inn or holiday inn express because we travel a lot and want know we will get a nice rest. This is a one and done chain for us. Also, aside from a small bar of soap there were no toiletries.

Do you wonder if management ever spends a night in one of their hotel rooms? I wonder that and often. Anyway, the hotel room was fine (but very small) the bed and pillows fine too. Here’s the rub: the air conditioner would go off (very quiet in the room, could easily hear the neighbors talking, doors slamming) and then on (and on low it was very loud). So from very quiet to roughly 4 minutes later very loud…far from ideal for getting a good night’s sleep. I had the unit set on permanently on low but it still went in and off all night.
