主要是臟，太臟了,很舊很舊的酒店，到處都是黏糊糊的，地板油膩膩的，不小心會滑倒，不知道如何做到地板如此油膩膩的。床上用品很舊，也不確定有沒有換過。衞生間的空間很小。住了一晚感覺整個人都是臟兮兮的。

Room smelled when we first got there but not terrible. Later someone upstairs ran water and out room filled with sewer smell. It was very bad and strong. Lasted all night. Luckily we could shut bathroom door to contain. But still stunk next morning. I don't like to leave bad reviews but I read mixed reviews about smell. Unless they fix this problem. I would not recommend. I did mention it at check out and He wrote it down and said they would fix. Other than that the room was small but very clean and decorated nice. Bed was comfy. Breakfast closes early. All put away by 9:30.

From start to finish our experience was fabulous. The hotel is charmingly decorated in tasteful Southwest decor. It was spotlessly clean, the lobby, restaurant and room. Check in was courteous and efficient. The beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the little cozy bar and restaurant where the excellent service continued. Customer service was excellent across the board. We will stay here as often as we travel through the area.

We have stayed at this Best Western for many years. We have always enjoyed our stay. However, this past experience was most disappointing. The room, especially the bathroom, was not clean. We are accustomed to a great breakfast, but this has changed as well. No eggs, unless through special order (who has time for that), no yogurt, no fruit. All fat and carbs. We will not be returning nor will the couple who referred us there many years ago. Clean rooms and a decent healthy breakfast is not too much to ask for. The place seemed very low staffed, which May account for the change.

This is the most hospitable hotel I have ever stayed in. From the owners to the housekeeping staff EVERYONE is amazing. A huge shoutout to Maddy for going above and beyond for us. The food in the restaurant is top notch. Thank you to all who work there you are the BEST! Larry and Yvette Moffitt

Where do I begin: my husband spilled a little water on the floor in the room and wiped it with a tissue— the tissue was black! Apparently, mopping floors isn’t on the maids to do list. The mattress was not the best. But, breakfast was really bad. The automatic coffee machine overfilled the cups to spilling, very little selections to eat; stale bread, pancake machine out of order, nearly out of jelly, no eggs, just biscuits, gravy and sausage. There was watery oatmeal and a couple other cereal choices but they were near empty. I went to the juice machine for orange juice and it came out clear. Then before leaving we used the restrooms in the lobby. Yikes! The beautiful copper sink was in bad need of cleaning and my husband was totally grossed out by the state of the men’s toilet. I won’t go into detail. Think twice before staying here!

absolutely terrible, room not made up, even after requesting two times, breakfast available late, coffee machine not working, when coffee finally available it was luke warm, would never stay there again and would not recommend to anyone

awful! front desk staff are very unfriendly and unhelpful. rooms have a strange smell. sheets/pillows/blankets are worn thin and poor quality. AC works poorly during heat wave. place was recently decorated - but it's only cosmetic - it's still not a nice place to stay.
