Excellent cell service, Fast Wi-Fi, Paved/Maintained Roads. Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, Lanfyne Ayr offers the perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Located just minutes from downtown Waynesville and a short drive to Asheville, the property offers breathtaking mountain views while being close to golf courses, hiking trails, and local attractions. With ample space for family and friends, Lanfyne Ayr is ideal for both relaxation and adventure. A mix of luxurious rustic design with modern amenities. Lanfyne Ayr offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 11 guests. There are extra trundel beds in the lower level. The "Theme Room" on the lower level boasts a propane fireplace. The "Game Room" on the lower level has a ping-pong table.
