A Slice of Paradise in Wayanad – A Truly Unforgettable Resort Experience From the moment we arrived at the resort nestled amidst the misty hills of Wayanad, we were transported to a world of peace, beauty, and warm hospitality. Surrounded by lush greenery, chirping birds, and the soothing sounds of nature, the resort felt like a hidden gem tucked away from the chaos of city .The check-in was smooth and welcoming, with staff greeting us with warm smiles and traditional refreshments. The cottages were beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern comfort. With wooden interiors, large glass windows, and a private sit-out overlooking the forest, our room felt cozy yet luxurious. Waking up to the view of sunrise over the hills was truly magical. The food at the resort deserves special mention. Every meal was a delightful journey through the rich flavors of Kerala, north Indian & international cuisine prepared with love and served with care. From the spicy fish curry to the fresh appams and local desserts, each bite was memorable. What made the experience even more special was the range of activities and the attention to detail. We enjoyed guided nature walks, relaxing Ayurvedic Spa. But beyond the beautiful surroundings and well-maintained property, it was the genuine warmth of the staff that touched our hearts. Their kindness, attentiveness, and personal touches made us feel not just like guests, but like family. Leaving the resort was not easy, as it felt like leaving a piece of our soul behind. Wayanad is a dream destination, and this resort made our stay a truly unforgettable one. We will cherish these memories forever and hope to return soon to this tranquil haven in the hills.

All the resort staff were very kind and had smiling faces that made our trip so pleasant. The rooms were impeccably clean and neat. The lake view was amazing, and the morning view was mind-relaxing. I've never seen such a beautiful view in my life it was totally cool and refreshing. The food was abundant and of high quality, with lots of variety and incredibly tasty. Big thanks to the chef Our favorite spot was the tea shop outside, which exuded natural beauty and reminded us of our old cultures. The staff were kind and attentive throughout, especially the reception team. All the staff were very good and polite, making our trip wonderful. I have travelled to many many wonderful places and stayed in many wonderful hotels and I am by far baffled with the callousness that this hotel showed me. I had booked as spa treatment with my husband we both reached and got into our separate spa rooms about 40 mins into the 1 hour 1:5 min massage, my therapist fell on my legs and I jolted up to grab her so she doesn’t fall. I was screaming for 15 mins straight with no help and holding on to the girl for dear life who kept going in and out of consciousness, I some how managed to get myself and her off the table and opened the door still screaming and completely naked with no one to hear me .. I lay her on the floor and ran out with a towel only to cover me - to discover that there was no attending anywhere… finally I saw a *** who was doing the sweeping and rushed him into the room, he called the therapist who was doing my husbands massage they both took the girl away, I am still in my towel shaken that there was no presence of a woman in sight scared for the girl and for my self in that state… I quickly poured water on myself and put my cloths (during this time the *** goes back to my husbands therapy and informed him of nothing that was going on outside) when I was asking about the girl and the doctor they said there is no doctor present as he has gone out and instead of showing any empathy to what just happened, the *** hands me my bill and say you have to pay, I was utterly shocked I was shaking and he didn’t even have the courtesy to give me water that too I had to ask him for myself … I walked out of the spa and ran to the room to call the manager as I was scared that the *** who was at the spa was more worried about the money and job rather than the girl who fainted … it makes me question the management as to what’s more important a life a customer or just earning the profits The manager even brushed off the whole incident of however I kept at my point and then finally just asked him to inform me when the girl was alright. After putting down the phone I cried and cried from the experience and trauma and didn’t leave the room. If you’re looking for a place with a good view please this space is good but the management, the lack of empathy and no facilities in case of medical emergencies is scary. Your life your risk, also the food is substandard and they don’t even provide any snacks on sale in the room.

Excellent place to enjoy with family. Resort was fantastic with very good amenities, Value for the money. Staff was very good. Food was delicious. The scenic mountains and the lake surrounded was an absolute beauty. Would recommend a 2 night stay to enjoy the resort

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this resort to anyone.. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options at all meals.The service was outstanding, from check-in to check-out.Gardens, which were well-maintained.

We stayed four days with mountain shadow resort. It was the best stay we had. Quality of the room and service was impeccable. Staffs was so helpful, they looked after us very well. Buggy was always available for moving around the island. My family had a great time and we will come back again.
