i had booked a 3 night package for my family, and due to the unfortunate landslides just the day before my visit, i asked them to cancel the booking. They have initiated the refund since 31st july and i am yet to see anything in my bank account, it has been more than 40 days!! the only response i get it is taking time and i will get the money eventually but they cant confirm or update anything properly, even after following up so many times they committed to wait till 10sep, and i am yet to see any update. please be very careful if you are booking with them directly, the front office is clueless and barely of any help on this issue, not sure how many other customers like me are still waiting for there refunds, this has been the worst experience of refund and booking i have ever dealt with, they call themselves a 5 star chain but i’m not sure if any 5 star would be leaving such a bad experience with their customers.
