The service was amazing. The bed, the view and even the bathroom was great! Restraunt staff was very attentive and the spa was very relaxing.

Great hospitality by Arun and team. Lots of activities for kids to engage. Food is also amazing, Pradeep person incharge was very helpful. Person at reception Saniya is also super helpful and explained all the benefits. Great stay.

Experienced great hospitality at the resort. Felt like home away from home. We’ve travelled many places but after a long time, we got genuine smiles from all the staff. Special thanks to Suresh, Ashwanth. Head chef was a delight to speak to. Liked the kerala special dishes. Shanku was of great help. Overall experience was great and not to forget the view from the villa. It was awesome. Would definitely visit again.

We recently stayed at GRT Great Trails, Wayanad for three nights, and it was truly an exceptional experience in every aspect. The rooms were excellent—spacious, well-appointed, and offered the largest washroom we have seen among resorts in Wayanad, complete with a luxurious bathtub. The resort’s facilities, including the infinity swimming pool, were impeccably maintained and added greatly to the overall experience. The food was another highlight, with a wide and thoughtfully curated spread that was not only delicious but also catered to a variety of tastes. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with courteous, professional, and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would like to extend a special appreciation to Ms. Preeti, Mr. Subhash, Chef Arun Shaji, and Chef Israfil for their excellent hospitality. A heartfelt big shout-out to Mr. Amal as well. During our stay, an unfortunate incident occurred where a glass was accidentally broken in our room. Mr. Amal patiently cleaned the area and repeatedly requested us to avoid walking on the floor until it was safe. Despite his caution, our daughter unexpectedly ran across the floor and a small glass shard injured her foot. Mr. Amal responded immediately with calmness and care, helping us remove the glass piece from her foot and ensuring she was comfortable. His presence of mind and genuine concern for our family in that moment was deeply appreciated and reflects the exceptional level of service at this resort. We wholeheartedly recommend GRT Great Trails, Wayanad to anyone seeking a luxurious, safe, and memorable retreat.
