Room was very comfortable. It was very clean and the hospitality was good. There is problem with water heater. In one of the room we booked, water heater was not working and in another room hot water spilled out of hose from the water heater. Had discomfort in the morning. Other than that it was nice place and very good ambience.

We were a group of 4 people. We booked for 2 nights, but we missed our first day and arrived in the next day. But we were allowed to stay for the next 2 days at no extra cost. The hotel was clean and decent enough, site seeing places are about an hour drive from the hotel.

The hotel is located approximately 1km away from national highway. Very well maintained room and premises. Staff are very good and keep helping. Within 1. 5km very good hotels are there for food.

My stay at karappuzha residency was truly enjoyable, from the comfortable rooms to the impeccable service and beautiful surroundings.
