Saugandhika West Gate

It was a pleasant stay at Saugandhika West Gate. Simply blown away by the top quality furnishing of the rooms.. they have paid utmost attention to every minute details.. it exceeded my expectations and hotel Sougandhika will surely be my first choice when i visit wayanad again

We had stayed here for 3 days and it was excellent. Specially jaznan the manager was always there and very helpful. The staff was excellent, they made all efforts to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were clean and sanitized. Kids enjoyed

Today had to wait for more than twenty minutes for the dessert to arrive in a buffet. And the item arrived was plain water with sugar. Talked to the restaurant manager who was on vacation over phone and no response . No one responsible available Terrible

Dears, I stayed in saugandhika hotel for a couple of days and I am so much satisfied. Mr. Vineesh suggested this hotel to me and it was a new and very beautiful property as well. They have very good infrastructures and excellent services. Rooms are so clean and tidy as they arranged it nicely. Special thanks to Mr. Vineesh and crew . All the staffs are very friendly and the way they treat the guests is really appreciated. Moreover, the food they provided is so tasty and delicious. All together, saugandhika west gate is outstanding property as they have excellent facilities and services. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I will visit again whenever I get an opportunity for the same. Thank you so much Joshy & Joji

Very nice property and well maintained. The property is brand new, and rooms are very modern and give a positive vibe. Every utility installed in the room is well thought through and room quality matches almost like a 5-star property. Strongly suggest going for balcony rooms because of the amazing views. The entire property is very neat and well maintained. The resort itself has less things to do. There is a swimming pool and that's pretty much it. To my surprise, we didn't find too many people living here too but i am not fond of crowded places so that worked in my favor. Food was the major factor for which i am giving a low rating as they had very limited options for vegetarians. The breakfast wasn't served like a buffet, but they served whatever we asked. The options were really limited. They just had poori, dos a and kerala parotta ***** with tea and coffee which is really bare minimum for a resort of this level. Also, the menu was fixed for both the days we stayed so this was slightly disappointing.

Rooms are very neat , The entire stay was good I was happy with the service. staff were very nice 👍👍
