Wayanad Silver Green Holiday Enclaves

Very wonderful experience of Stay. Staff has been very sweet and warm. Special mention: Jishnu has helped plan out travel within the city with ease and also made sure we (in a girls gang) are safe.we were also upgraded to a very beautiful room with a view which came as a pleasant surprise.

Probably the 1st time that I am writing a bad review It was a huge dissapintment by choosing *silver Green resort* in *wayanad* We loved the rooms and the hotel is beautiful but *staff are Unprofessional* , *delayed room service, or slow customer service* The Ac was not working during check in,Maintenance was not just poor, but practically non-existent. From dysfunctional flushes to areas with missing paint on the ceiling and cobwebs in the rooms, it was an unwelcoming environment. The service at the pool was very slow and inflexible but were willing to tolerate it until this incident happened when we *found a dead rat in the pool* around 8:30. -8:45 Am as pool timing starts from 8:00 Am The staff seemed completely unaware of this. This was informed and they assure to clean within 1.5 hr as kids was eagerly waiting for pool, We patiently waited around 4 hr & half the water they removed till the time we checked out (12th oct ) Despite of this they didn’t offer any compensation for this unsafe-able conditions & inconvenience. The lame excuse they give was the pool was outdoor so it can happen but they should assure it was clean and safe before the pool hour starts Such a unproffessional staff. First time make the mistake of not checking the reviews. We were told while booking it to be family and kid friendly. Basic facility of ordering food is not there. The complimentary *breakfast was below average* *Not worth the money* we spent. Wouldnt recommend for a family. If want to stay overnight get your own food or travel 30 mins to have food in a restaurant. The only redeeming quality of Silvergreen Resort was its location near Banasura Sagar Dam

This is a Lovely Hotel with a Small but Clean Pool and Good Service too. Some of the rooms have a nice L Shaped Balcony with Chairs and a Table to sit out. It has a Rustic Wooded Area Ambience and the Rooms are Well Furnished too. For Breakfast, you have to go to the next building, which is a bit inconvenient. The Breakfast Area is also a bit small and the Breakfast does not have much variety too. Overall a Very Good Property, Well Maintained and offers Good Service as well.

Bad service. The staffs were so rude with us. Food was not good. Its was teribble and worst experience at the hotel. One of the staff were rude with us and dont let have our desert. He was like the desert was his own property
