Room was very noisy, heater ran constantly, fan in bathroom also ran continuously. They also have outlets that flash red lights in the dark, good for finding them in the dark but very difficult to sleep. Breakfast was excellent! Having hot tub available was great too.

We stayed for one night. There is a gross smell in the hallway right when you get off of the elevator. Aside from that, it was clean and comfy. My kids enjoyed the pool. I payed a little more to have breakfast included. You can order off a menu. There is also a continental breakfast offered for $12.

Nice and clean and modern. I like the double curtains in the room The gym is very nice and clean with free earbuds The shower is nice and big The restaurant is really convenient after long working hours to not have to go to a restaurant after work. Much quicker and the staff has been great. Every other day, room cleaning is a negative. Slow internet is the other negative even with to upgrade cost.

Stayed for business. Needed a solid internet connection to work from my room in the evening. Ethernet dead. Swapped rooms twice, still dead. I assume to force you to pay for “premium” WiFi. Speed so low on free and premium it was not possible to get work done. Tried all support options without success. Never again.

The hotel is very nice. Desk staff were very nice as well. It’s located right next to Starbucks and the Outback which is very convenient. The hotel restaurant has a nice menu but I but pricy (basic hamburger $14.00 and fries are an extra $4.00). The fitness center is one of the better ones I’ve seen. As for the negatives, the pillows feel firm but once you lay your head on them they go flat and don’t provide much support. When I’m in town, I almost always stay here and have filled out surveys in the past. One issue I’ve had previously still is an issue is the filthy carpet in the elevators, some customers like me have respiratory issues and the smells and is filthy. It really should to be replaced with a laminate floor. Other than that, very nice hotel

Overall, this was a great location right off the highway. I thought you might hear the highway noise, but it was quiet in the room. The room was a good size, and fairly clean other than some spots on the carpet and mildew in the shower. The water pressure in the shower was not very good, and I really disliked the motion sensors in the bathroom that would turn on when you went in. Not good in the middle of the night. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. I wish there was a room safe though. One day I had the continental breakfast buffet, which was pretty standard. The other morning I had the waffle with berries and that was excellent. Other than a few minor things, I would stay here again.

Smallest HGI room of any I have stayed at. HVAC system blew hot or cold on you does not cycle on/off, no auto selection built in. I don't recommend this hotel. There are many other options in the Lansing area.

I had a one night stay here. The place is new and clean. Very quiet rooms and in a good safe area. The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast service. Only one person to wait on many. Otherwise all was above average. Not a far drive from airport or MSP training area. I recommend visiting Horrocks farm market across the street.

This hotel overly surprised me. Very large dining area with a huge bar. Many Hilton Garden Inns I’ve been in are much smaller and limited selection. I was amazed at the variety of ciders available. The restaurant person mentioned the GM is very involved in the selection of drinks offered. VERY IMPRESSED. I don’t know her name or the cooks name when we were there in 12/29 but both were outstanding. The two of them hammered out the many food orders as there was another large party there as well. Sabrina at the front desk was very prompt and was able to answer my questions and was very quick with responding through the app. This Hilton Garden Inn should be a model for Hilton across the country. The staff did such a. Excellent job. This is a great hotel for a staycation!
