We popped in on a Saturday afternoon as we were passing. The staff, the food, the atmosphere were all amazing. As we needed to be in the area the following Friday we thought we’d book a room and make a night of it. It did not disappoint! Again, the food, staff and atmosphere were fantastic. Phoebe our server deserves a special mention as she was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Highly recommended

I took my family friends to the Bulls Head Inn for dinner as a treat. We got wine - Chardonnay and Pinto Grigio - and a beer. For food we all got fish and chips. The service was wonderful, very friendly and quick. The food was good quality, and so were the drinks. The area was clean and well decorated. We were in the restaurant part of the pub, both the main pub and restaurant were very nice. We had a great time and we will come back another time to try another part of the menu.

We visited for the first time on Friday 4 July and really can’t fault it. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. The food was great, they even made a couple of special dishes for my veggie husband who has intolerances. The icing on the cake was a great local singer, Will Jones, who entertained us all so well. Everyone was enjoying the evening. I would really recommend this pub. We had a lovely evening.

Guys I was there on the 19th of June for my birthday. I have to write to say what a fantastic evening I had with family and friends and a big part of that is due to you guys. Right from the surprise of a private dining room to the excellent food and service you provided. It will definitely be a venue we will be using for future party's. Thank you Kevin Astill

Wow...what an amazing meal we had here on Saturday night with another family! Service was spot on, food super yummy, huge portion sizes and value for money. Overall, it was just perfect, highly recommend and will definitely be going back. Negative, couldn't eat all the food and felt awful leaving it as it was sooooo yummy...they did offer us to take it home mind you!

Had amazing Sunday lunch today . Roast beef was perfect and Roast pork had really good crackly crackling! Best gravy I’ve ever had! Kim friendly and accommodating and a great mentor to Bonny on her first day. We all appreciated Bonny’s pleasant manner and hope she enjoys her role at the Bulls Head Inn x

Excellent stay in the family suite. Very well appointed room, lots of space and some nice touches (coffee machine, bottled water, biscuits etc). Staff were very friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, croissants and cereals. We ate in the pub for dinner. Very enjoyable. Menu of small plates, responsive service, nice buzz. We really enjoyed it!

We love this pub! The food is great, loads of interesting small plates to share, or full blown meals. There is a good choice of wines, beers and spirits. The staff are always friendly and helpful, even when it is really busy, and the manager Kim is lovely. The occasional music night is packed and fun. Keep it up guys!
