Awful! Room is damp. Smells like cigarette smoke. AC doesn't work to cool down the room. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold Member and was told I can't switch rooms because the hotel is fully booked. My eyes are burning and watering as I type this review from the cigarette smoke. This is the wrist experience I've ever had with Marriott. I will never stay here again.

While the room was nice, if your adult family member is in a wheelchair, good luck getting them into the bed. The profile of the beds are too tall for someone with little or no use of their legs. While the GM insists they are ADA compliant, I don't think grab bars, locks, and lower profile sink fully help someone in this situation.

I would love to have given 5 stars to this location however there were problems that detracted from my stay. Most importantly, there was no hot water to shower in the morning. I even waited an hour and still nothing. That is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this size. Breakfast was above average but they quickly ran out of several things. We tried sitting on the patio but it was a real mess. It needed some cleaning and attention. It’s too bad, it could be a great space. The room was very clean and spacious however the bed and pillows were not comfortable. When I checked in on the app, it gave an option for a foam pillow however that was either ignored or overlooked. Either way, don’t make it an option if it’s not going to be followed. Fix a few problems and pay attention to detail and this could be a great location.

Very nice, clean property. There’s a bit of road noise, but we travel with a small white noise machine since you never know what disruptive noises you may encounter at a hotel. Only thing we didn’t love about this hotel was the frosted glass bathroom door. It let a lot of light into the dark room at night and was disruptive when someone used the bathroom. Otherwise, would fully recommend. We especially appreciated that the desk clerk offered linens for the trundle bed upon check-in, so we didn’t have to go back downstairs to get them as is often the case. Little touches like that are appreciated and makes a guest feel welcome.

Great newer hotel in Wauwatosa near Froedert. The rooms are huge with clean, modern decor. The staff is the friendliest I've encountered, especially the young woman working in the breakfast area. The complimentary breakfast itself was much better than average, with homemade creamy oatmeal, omeletters, waffles, plenty of fruit, bagels, etc. The only negatives: frosted door in bathroom allowed too much light in which would bother others sleeping in the second bed; shower faucet was difficult to figure out -- needs operating instructioins. The entry doesn't look like a hotel at all -- small, side door. I guess this new decor is more economical but I do miss real hotels with an ornate lobby,etc. The Pfister, this ain't. Lots of concrete all around -- Blue Mound Road is busy. Could use some landscaping to soften things up.

Excellent. Clean room that comfortably slept the four of us ( the king suite with the sofa bed) Location was good to the bus that took us straight to Summerfest, for free ( 25 minutes?) Breakfast was somewhat lacking for me but on par with the normal “free” breakfast at Marriot properties. The little coffee shop adjacent in the parking lot is a plus.
