The room was clean and tidy, and the service staff were very nice.
Everyone was very enthusiastic and made me feel very warm.
Looking out from the room window was like a painting.
I was very excited to see heavy snow in Milwaukee.
The hotel staff also helped to shovel snow for my car. Thank you very much.
It is also very close to the city center, just a dozen minutes drive.
I will stay here again next time. It is close to the client's company.

Never again! See attached pictures. The bar was closed! The restaurant was closed! Mold in the shower! Weeds and dead bushes out front! Outdated and worn furniture!Leak in the ceiling in lobby! Night stand glass fogged instead of clear! Pool closed the 1st day! hot tub closed! IMHO, the worse place we've ever stayed.

The reviews on this place are absolutely correct. The couple of good points: - The people working the front desk for check in are great - The pillows are good The bad: - The lobby looks nice, the room is grungy - In my king suite, when I took a shower, there was long black hair all over brough in on my feet from the carpet. There were 2 clumps of hair; one on the windowsill and one by the sofa. - We used the pull-out couch and notices a bunch of stuff under the bed in the form of half eaten cookies and other bits of food. - the sheets on the bed must've been for a queen (it was a king sized bed) because the sheets didn't cover the whole mattress so you were basically sleeping on bare mattress. - There was one sheet on the pull-out bed. We called the front desk for more sheets or a comforter and were told they were 100% out of linens so the couple sleeping on the couch bed had to use the towels for covers. - The restaurant/bar isn't open any more. So they should take it off the website. - The coffee table in the living area was broken This place needs new owners that will spend some money to make it into a place that you feel good about staying. I Will not be back

There was a dirty washcloth from the previous guests, and my feet were sticking to the bathroom floor. Unsure how clean the room really is. The furniture is dated and very worn, but not a big deal as long as the room is clean. I question the cleanliness.

Attended a conference here. The common areas are well maintained. The room we stayed in (#807) was not. The finish on the bed side table was partly bare wood and a office chair with a large hole in the back material. Wall paper near the baseboard had been ripped. There was no laundry bag provided. There was no microwave nor refrigerator. The clock didn't have the right time. The two bath towels provided had either a hole or was not soft. There was no grab bar in the shower. The breakfast items were limited and there was no one monitoring when food had to be replenished. Most of the bacon was not adequately cooked. The ice machine on the 8th floor didn't provide ice. Only one of the two on the 6th floor provided ice.

Don’t stay here! This hotel is disgusting, very unclean and the night manager has the worst attitude. We were treated poorly and after complaining about the smell in the room, lied to about someone coming up to spray. The walls and carpet are filthy, and the furniture looks like it’s never been cleaned!

We booked the room the ballroom back in November 2023we were quoted one price for a down payment a month later we got a call and we were quoted that we needed more money to put down. We asked about booking a room we were quoted $109 to block off 10 rooms, three months later 3 to 4 months later the price went up to $119. We had five different event coordinators from the hotel that we were working with tohelp out with the event that we were doing event coordinators, where is quitting they were not honoring the contract that we had from the event coordinator before The night of our event we did not get the stage that we paid for we did not get the four mics that were paid for someone else had booked the room ahead of us and we had to wait until 4 o’clock to get in to set up for our event our event started at 5:30. It was just a problem , the fruit that was supposed to be on the menu was not on the menu. The Soundsystem and the mics were set up while we were in the room for our event. It was it was not good.

This hotel was horrible to say the least. We checked in late at night and expected just a clean decent stay at an average hotel. Well it was the complete opposite. Average hotels like this should prioritize cleanliness because again at the end of the day people who are booking this hotel are not staying here to have a nice vacation. They are doing it for work… etc. our room was not clean at all there was black hair in the drain, the light was out in the bathroom and there was hair in the beds. I’m not sure if house keeping even exists at this hotel because from the other reviews about this hotel cleanliness seems to be a huge problem. When we called to get a new room they said they couldn’t accommodate us. The front desk lady had to clean it, not even housekeeping. That says something.
