What was good: They gave me a free upgrade. We needed a larger room. They served breakfast with some hot items ... eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There are also waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, fruit and yogurt. We really need to encourage hotels to do continue breakfast. A few are dropping it. Beds were comfortable, but a bit too high for the vertically challenged. They have many kinds of pillows per room. Rooms are well stocked with toiletries and towels. Pool and hot tub are wonderful, too. Staff is very kind and hard working. What was bad: Toilet paper holder needs to be fixed. The paper kept sliding off. It has to do with the style of the holder. It is shaped like an L.

Everything was good except the 10% that was not applied was applied the next morning by the Manager who was very courteous about the misunderstanding. Would stay again. Clean room and quiet night. Thank you.

GM Joe is top-notch and runs this Property expertly. The Staff is oriented toward providing good Service, the Fitness Center and pool area are both in great shape, guest-laundry on site, and streaming TVs are in the room, newly remodeled. Location is great with food and activities everywhere.

The room is clean and comfortable and convenient location. I always stay here when visiting my family. It would be great location for skiing.

Unfortunately, the floor by the bed was dirty with a crushed m&m, a popcorn seed, visible dirt pieces, and a washer larger than an inch in width. The gravy for the biscuits was cold in the morning and the syrup was nearly gone. However, the room was quiet and the staff was friendly.

Very nice and friendly staff. Very clean and modern. Breakfast was also very good but would recommend more foursome seating in the actual dining area. Beds good with nice fluffy bedding. Lots of outlets and charging ports in our double queen room which was awesome! TV was a large 45 to 50 inch flat screen and remote and channel guide were easy to use and effortless. Nice pool and amenities. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again.
