Highly recommended to business travellers. Good friend reception and working staff. Great place to say in.

The experience was okay, but the site lacked air conditioning. Alsothe elevator was out of order during our visit, which was inconvenient.

We attended a concert this past weekend, and while the hotel's location was convenient, our stay was far from enjoyable. After checking in online, we expected a smooth process for picking up our key. However, we ended up waiting at reception for 15 to 20 minutes. I understand this delay was due to limited staffing, as the reception staff were also managing the bar and checking on rooms. We were assigned an accessible room, which wasn't a problem for us. However, we were informed that the hotel was fully booked. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing; it appeared tired and worn, with stains on the carpet, walls, and light shades. The bathroom floor had black edges with mold, and although we didn’t use the TV, it would have been difficult to watch since it was mounted at an awkward angle. The room is in desperate need of refurbishment to meet even a reasonable standard. Having stayed at many Premier Inns in the past, it's highly unlikely that we will choose to stay at this location again, and we would not recommend it. However, I want to acknowledge one staff member, James. During breakfast, he was on his own, greeting guests, cleaning tables, refilling breakfast items, and answering questions, all while the manager kept asking him to do more instead of being more hands-on himself. The manager simply walked around looking rather untidy in his suit.

Was given a room on 3rd floor only to discover that there were no functioning lift that meant that myself and partner had too walk up 6 flights of stars with suitcases/bags. (I had also undergone a knee transplant in recent months, so not overjoyed). The room 316 was not in very good condition and bore no resemblance to the picture that was on the web site. The bathroom was unclean and that was a large crack in washbasin surroundings. and shower needed updating. There were minimal tea and coffee sachets, so not much of a chance for possible a second cup of tea or coffee.

that was a very good stay, We came as a family because we had harry potter studios booked and this hotel was very handy, the check in was fast and easy, the room was very clean
