Clean and great value for money

Environment: Very convenient...far from the city center

適合家庭帶二個小孩子出遊。因為都是家庭房（大床加一個也不小的床）。早餐品種齊全但人較多時還須排隊。離哈利波特近。價格適中。逗留一晚去機場是可以的選擇。

Lovely lobby sitting on computer very nice bar and friendly barman looking out to town centre lovely atmosphere fast internet in lobby and in bedrooms clean and quiet we had room on to main road no noise at all 5 minutes walk to town centre 15 to Watford junction station will stay again 100% friendly staff free water in lobby would recommend to everyone

Objectively speaking: the room facilities are old and do not match the pictures. The room lighting is dim and the overall decoration style is old. There are not enough lights in the toilet and room. The magnetic field is weird.
Service: There were many unpleasant things in the middle, including wanting to check out early but being pushed around and passed the buck. The lobby manager said that the agency would not allow cancellation (but in fact it was the hotel that did not allow it, because a new manager allowed it and cancelled my two nights of accommodation without informing me). There was a normal manager on duty in the lobby, and one was a mean girl. It is difficult to comment. I do not recommend staying here.

The room is spacious and large.
Not close to downtown London, but OK if you have a car. Very convenient if you go to the Harry Potter studio or go north to Oxford or Cambridge the next day.
