The hotel looks OK from the outside, but the corridors and rooms inside are not very good. The corridor is very long and empty, which is a bit scary. The elevator is at the end. The sound insulation of the room is very poor. The room is designed to be door-to-door, so it is a big trouble for people to come in and out of the opposite room. Regarding the service, we checked in at 6 o'clock. The staff at the front desk - a young woman who was not very friendly was very strange. She took my credit card and seemed to write something on the counter table (the high counter blocked my view). This was very suspicious, because in theory, the card should be swiped on the POS machine, but she didn't. When I deliberately asked her if she needed to swipe the card, she ignored me and didn't explain. So I froze the card as soon as I entered the room. But the next morning, an older female staff member was gentle and friendly, and gave me a card of a local taxi company - although the boss's attitude was extremely bad, there was finally a car to go to the school we needed to go to. It is difficult to call uber or lyft here. It is a nightmare if you don't drive. The breakfast included in the room fee is quite good. The two elderly people serve everyone very diligently. The breakfast is in the form of a set meal, juice coffee, bread bagel, oatmeal, eggs bacon, etc.

Hotel very dated, room was huge too big really. Furniture needs updating as chairs were very worn. Two televisions. Was clean but with old furniture didn’t look clean. Pool was functional, but changing area dirty. Breakfast was really good, but was a set breakfast, be better to be able to choose the items you require. Free parking which was a bonus

The full bed are small. Ok for 1 person. But they are comfy. Staff was great. Was very hot in the pool area. Otherwise it was a good stay

The hotel was nice and clean, the only downside is they advertise having a hot tub but it is never open.

Room turned over before we even checked out.... Sunday morning we walked to our truck to put bags in it and came back in to hang out for a bit before leaving. When we got back to our room it was already being cleaned. We didnt check out and still had our key cards. Warning if you leave your room unattended Sunday morning it will be cleaned ragardless if they know if you are returning or not.

Our room smelled like Urine and we were woken up to ants crawling on us during the middle of the night in our bed. We have stayed at this hotel several times and appears it is slowly declining in quality. We paid $170.00 for 1 night and at BEST received a $85.00 a night room/stay. Seems like there are a lot of homeless people being boarded there. A lot of people out in the parking lot hanging around and sitting in cars as people come and go.
