Super 8 by Wyndham Watertown WI

The price was great for my stay- that’s why I chose this hotel. It is looking run down. There is rust on the door frames- I am not sure how clean the carpet is. The walls aren’t very sound proof- I could hear people in the next room. Again, the price was right.

Nice and clean place to stay with basic amenities. Just Don't expect too much. Close to most places you will need. Groceries, museum, food, nails , gas, decent price

This location has its ups and downs. Right now it is back in a down as it has once again become a dump. It was nice for a few years but now the rooms and staff are not good. It is a bit away, but Super 8 in Beaver Dam is a bit better, but if distance is not a problem go to a Wyndham location in Wapun. They are both real nice.

You get what you pay for...overall stay was good. Wish the pool was open. Saw dogs in hallway so must've been pet friendly

This hotel was definitely not worth $160/night. Upon entering our room we noticed that the bathroom ceiling was caving in and had severe water damage throughout, and the toilet seat was decaying. Our smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling and open wires were just dangling there. When these issues were addressed with the concierge we were told they are “aware”. On top of our room falling apart the hotel’s pool and spa were both closed until further notice. Not an ideal trip, and thankful we only had to spend the one night in the facility.

The customer service was really good, check-in was quick and she explained everything to us and reassured us that if we needed anything there would always be someone at the desk to help. However our room was dirty, the sink wasn’t cleaned and the floor was sticky. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Bed was comfortable, room was extremely clean, front desk help was very friendly upon check in and they allowed us a late check out

Poor lighting in the parking lot was our first impression. Staff were friendly and polite. Smells bad indoors. Very thin walls and lots of noise particularly from showers that are running. I always check my room for bedbugs first thing. I did not find any, however it was quite dirty with dust, fingernails, hair, pills, etc scattered around the edges. Gross and I didn't want to walk around without shoes. Room is tight but functional in a pinch. Wifi was horrible, breakfast doesn't qualify as a meal. Overall very expensive for what you get.
