This is the fourth stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Watertown in the past 4 years. Every time the hotel is welcoming, rooms are clean and comfortable, and location is outstanding for any point in the North Country. Parking is ample, and the breakfast in the morning is delicious. Even on a busy weekend like this weekend we just stayed there (there were guests from 4 different weddings staying at the hotel), it was quiet. Highly recommend. Tip: choose the odd number rooms, those are on the side of the hotel away from I-81, it is definitely noisier on the highway side of the hotel.

Our family had a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Watertown. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was really good as well. The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We had a very nice stay and a good nights sleep!

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Watertown Thousand Islands was one of the best stays I have had in recent memory. I am a lifetime Hilton Dimond member and have stayed in hundreds of hotels. The facility is perfectly laid out, the rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained including the pool the hot tub. The staff at the front desk were plain incredible and exceeded all of my expectations. The breakfast was perfect as well as the service. Who or whatever created this group of persons and facility should be immediately promoted, rewarded, or both. We all plan on returning and this will be our go-to hotel when we work at Fort Drum. On a side note, we found out halfway through our stay that many of the staff are Niagara University Alumni. That explains a lot. Go NU. We well be back.

Entire property very clean. Great location. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. They always spoke when you walked by. We had the package that included breakfast. You could order anything from the menu you wanted. Food was very good. We had Ashley for our waitress every morning. After the first day she remembered what we wanted to drink as well as our room number. She was very friendly and attentive! Would definitely stay here again!

We checked in late, as it was a full working day at a customer. The front desk was friendly, attentive, and quick. The room was good, comfortable, and clean. I slept great on the bed. When we got in, the kitchen had already closed, so we had gone next door to the Buffalo Wild Wings. Should have gone to iHop instead. The nice thing is there are places within walking distance to eat, and also within a very short driving distance. We didn't eat breakfast the next morning at the hotel, as we wanted to get on the road.

Room 441 - NO hot water, NO water pressure in the shower, NO washcloths - I literally had to take a hand towel in the shower to clean myself. There was freezing cold air pouring out from the windows & under heat unit. And I don't care what they have for "Hilton policy" there should be a continental breakfast for being THE most expensive hotel in the area.

I was surprised to see the most expensive hotel in Watertown does not offer a continental breakfast, then when I get to my room there are no washcloths in the bathroom. There is also barely any hot water or water pressure in the shower or sink, the room was very cold and I found freezing cold air blowing in rum the outdoor walls.

Got a room with king size bed. Found dust that was not cleaned for couple of months. When I went to show it to the front desk the guy was very sorry and promised they would give us free breakfast in the morning. Nobody gave us no breakfast. Also we were up at 6 AM everyday because of the kitchen fans and our room smelled like the food they were making. We went there because of the name thinking it’s the best hotel in the area but I guess we were wrong. Never again! At least not to the one in Watertown!

Worst Hilton experience in years. Where do I start? There's the housekeeping. Which seems to be mostly hypothetical. You could literally write your name in the dust. See picture. A check in experience that was awful in every way. Rude, slow, and mostly irrelevant, all slowing us down when trying to check in late. Then the room. Worn, looks like it was updated in about 1994. And the update included neither the heating nor the furniture (which is stained and chipped). TV? Nope, says not connected.
