We specifically asked at the front desk when checking in if the pool is open. When it's 90 degrees and couples/families are staying at a hotel with a pool... That's part of they're vacation recreation. We checked in, unpacked, and went straight to the pool. 15 minutes later we were informed the pool is being closed (3:30 p.m.) for the rest of the day and night. The hotel should have to give part of the money back or some other compensation. Won't be staying at this hotel again.

Never stay here. Matthew and supervisor provided worst support ever. I tried to cancel reservation and GM decided my conversation took too long so GM charged me two nights. Terrible facility and support!

We started in room 255, this room had no hot water, so we got moved to room 201 and this room had no drain plug and the shower faucet feel right off, we then got moved to room 102, this room had spots on the carpet that were sticky, you could clearly tell the housekeepers do not deep clean these rooms as there was standing dust under tables and on the TV stand itself. The housekeepers do not service your room while you are a guest in their hotel unless you tell the desk 24 hours in advance. You are expected to leave your trash outside your hotel room door for them to pick up. They also have the pool closed for renovations so if you’re hoping to use the pool it won’t be open for awhile.

For the price point, we didn't have high expectations but the place could have been a little better. We stay at hotel chains primarily in this category 2-3 times a year and this was a bigger disappointment than most. While comfort is subjective, the bedding for my husband and I was not very comfortable (hard mattress). The room was not very clean. The bathroom was really sad (dirty and the tub didn't drain during our showers). The free breakfast was standard for a free breakfast (meh). The staff were mostly indifferent. We wouldn't have used them anyway so not a big deal, but the pool and fitness center were closed. The best thing about this hotel was the location for us but next time we visit we'll choose a different chain and deal with a farther drive.

Left much to be desired, although staff was nice
Upon check-in, was told the room I reserved and was confirmed was not available. Was given a single king size bed when I requested (and was confirmed) a double.
There seemed to be an attempt to find another room, but they then claimed they were fully booked, although the parking lot was hardly full.
The next morning, the shower wasn't working either which was frustrating.
The staff was exceptional until I requested another room. All in all, a really disappointing experience.
