The beds were comfortable with soft and fresh comforters and linens. The location has excellent walk ability to shops, restaurants, and the railway. Great garage parking when available.

Another fantastic stay. Having stayed here now for more than 5 times, I always feel at home here. The team is very responsive. Neat clean apartment. Fully equipped. Plenty of eateries nearby. Look no further. Will highly recommend.

Excellent location, spacious and well laid out. Dishwasher with plenty of dishes cutlery, glasses (including for wine and champagne) and dish and laundry soap provided. Iron and board were useful too. Very good shower products (luscious soap, shampoo and conditioner) and lotion that was invaluable for my overwalked feet. Only missing basic item was facial tissues. Make sure you download explanatory parking to facilitate arrival!

We recently stayed overnight as we have a son at Waterloo. The room was very clean, well appointed and communication was incredibly easy and quick. It is well located with a variety of restaurants within walking distance including shops if you prefer to eat in. I door parking was available for an extra fee. Blinds can be drawn over the full length windows and the Ion stop is at the door should you require transit. Overall an excellent stat and our choice for future stays over the typical hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, with lots of natural sunlight during the day that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped, modern, and very convenient for daily cooking. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I enjoyed every moment of my stay in this warm and thoughtfully prepared space.
