I had my wedding here on the 18th of march and to be honest it was such a horrible experience for us. The staff were so rude to my entire family. I needed a medical fridge for my sons heart medication and I was told no because they couldn’t find an extension lead. Their was a fire! That broke out and my brother had to put it out with his hands and we were shrugged at when we asked for some burn jel and not even a incident report was done for my brother!! If I was a bride looking for a venue in 2026 or 27 I WOULD NOT even consider here as you pay good money to get dirt back in return. I still have some bits out in the hotel that I have not collected because I am still just so upset that it was meant to be the happiest day of our lives and we were the one running around trying to make people happy as your staff and receptionist couldn’t no give a F about anyone and making rude comment. DO NOT BOOK HERE !!

A perfect hotel for a relaxing two days- with comfortable rooms, excellent service and tasty food and the golf clinic an added bonus . The cliff walk at Dunmore East and Mount Congreve gardens are within a short drive of the hotel if you wish to get exercise in addition to the their lovely pool.

Service was fantastic. Great for a couple retreat. Definetly recommended the restaurant and cocktail bar. The jacuzzi area was nice also. It's a bit pricey but the service and surroundings are nice. Well worth travelling to Waterford as the surrounding area is very scenic.

The hotel was wonderful, the room are beautiful, staff were so friendly. The food in the hotel was superb, we took the recommendation from the maitre d' Pierse on the food, sea bass was beautiful and the mosaic of mushrooms was the nicest starter I have ever tasted. We were with two other couples and enjoyed our time there so much. I couldn't rate it highly enough. A big thank you to Deirdre for looking after us so well too! We have an electric car and the charging was complimentary too which is a nice touch! If you are looking for a get away, just book it, you wont be disappointed.

We have been here a few times, and never were we disappointed with the level of service and the professional level of the staff. Recently visited for my fiance birthday, we had an amazing time, the food was amazing as always. The room is very clean and relaxing, very comfortable. I definitely recommend this beautiful spot for weddings or a nice get away.

Stayed here for my fiance birthday. As we had stayed here before and looking into having our wedding here. It was no surprise that our stay would be amazing and that it was. We could not fail this place. We had an amazing time and definitely will be back

Very welcoming atmosphere. Most courteous and professional service. Food was excellent. We enjoyed our 18 holes on the challenging Faithlegg golf course and got some good tips at the golf clinic. Our visit to nearby Mount Congreve House and gardens with the magnolias in full bloom completed a very enjoyable stay.

Such a beautiful property!!! Great, comfortable and spacious rooms and such lovely grounds. The highlight for us was the breakfast though!!!! Truly next level!!! Such a special experience for us Australians. It felt so grand and other worldly - but also very tasty! A bit further out of Waterford than I had intended, bit we weren't disappointed. It was absolutely magical and I highly recommend this property.
