The Tower Hotel is a fantastic place.From the moment of check in.Room is spotless and warm.Staff at reception are brilliant. The bar is very well laid out and staff are excellent. We had bar food and it was simply delicious, but I have to say our server Niamh was amazing. Niamh is so professional at her job,extremely friendly, courteous and helpful.I can only say that the hotel is extremely lucky to have staff like Niamh.I myself have worked in the industry for many years and I've never come close to seeing someone like Niamh who values her work and takes great pride in it.Keep up the great work Niamh.

Lovely spacious room with a big comfortable bed, pillows were really good. Nice bathroom, lots of sockets and good lighting. Decor was modern and a calm neutral colour. The room was very clean , kettle, tea/ coffee and complementary bottles of water. Nothing to complain about at all . I loved the space and the practicality of it all.. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay there, breakfast room has a great view of the river and good selection of food.. Car park a plus..didnt use leisure centre, will be back as we didnt get to do all we wanted to in the area.. Thanks you all.

Fabulous weekend at the Tower Hotel. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff couldn’t do more for you. Friendly and treated you as the most important customer there was. We were up graded to the Bridal Suite and it was wonderful. Views from the room in both directions along the river were great. Brilliant shower in the bathroom. My only complaint was the portion size in the restaurant and bar were too large, but the food was delicious. We started ordering half portions. Great stay and hopefully will be back soon.

Great booking experience at last minute for family funeral. Spacious rooms, good bar, hearty breakfast. Great view first thing in morning. Staff all first class. Very attentive at breakfast and at the bar. Reception staff very good. Can’t complain Would return in a heartbeat

I was in the hotel for 3 nights room 208 was stunning everything perfect views from room fabulous. Staff was so friendly and helpful especially Lucy in the bar she is a credit to the hotel. Hotel is spotless. I can't wait to return in the near future.that was the best weekend I have had in a long time thanks to the staff

Lovely Hotel, very clean throughout. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The food was really nice and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They went above and beyond. Very good location with views of the river.Great hotel would highly recommend.

All staff at the hotel, (service desk, breakfast staff, waiters and waitresses and cleaning staff) were truly amazing and catered to all our needs. The rooms were generous in size and spotlessly clean. The food was delicious. There was six of us and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. Fantastic customer service.

Nice hotel, very centrally located. Well decorated and clean. Our room was nice and good size, bed was very comfy. Breakfast excellent and very tasty. Staff at reception not the most helpful or pleasant, yes no type of people. The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The lesuire centre was OK, very disappointed the hot tub was closed and has been for a long time. Which was my reason to book the tower, due to back injury. The pool area was like it totally forgotten about in modernising, I did not feel comfortable swimming in a pool with the under water lights missing and cables just laying there. Has to be a health and safety issue there. So no full marks for the pool area I'm afraid. Was a good stay but won't be back due to my concerns. Damian

We can fully recommend the tower hotel for a stay, the room was brilliant with a balcony overlooking reginalds tower, the Mall and the river suir. The staff were lovely couldn't do enough for you, meals were delicious and reasonbly priced, very well placed in the viking triangle with everything close to hand including waterford crystal, bishops palace & medieval museum. Shops were also not far away.
