Everything is great, but the breakfasts could have been better. And I would like 4 pillows, not 2, although I found 2 in the closet

The hotel was very easy to find. It was great value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive and always available. The breakfast was very good except the fresh fruit was tinned fruit. Hard to find anything to criticise except parking is very limited and what is available is cramped
Thanks to all staff at the Fitzwilton hotel. We will be back and will highly recommend your hotel

The hotel is in the city center and close to the Waterford Distillery. Very friendly staff who did everything to give us an accessible room.

This hotel is more like a three-star than a four-star hotel. Everything is average except that the bathroom is very new and beautiful, and the shower water pressure is sufficient. The prices of hotels in this city are all about the same and you can stay there for one stay.

Loved the hotel - great staff - great rooms - lovely shower gel and soap (my husband actually noticed this!!) food was good we had steak which was particularly good. Best thing really was staff and location ..

We have stayed one night in Waterford on our Ireland trip. Great hotel, definitely recommendable for Waterford. Hotel staff is very professional and friendly. The parking at the hotel is convenient, we could discover the city by walking.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable if I had complained the room was so hot when you open windows you got all traffic noises.
