This is the grossest hotel I’ve stayed at and should not be able to be called a Marriott. It’s dirty, worn, everything is stained and broken. It smells like mildew. The couch looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. I paid nearly $370 for one night and would leave if it wasn’t so late and we are exhausted from travel. Go elsewhere!

The rooms are dated, our mobile key did not work upon arrival so had to head back down to the desk. Walls are paper thin - we could hear the person next to us sneezing. The mattress was not comfortable, there was a spider on the ceiling in the bedroom, and there was a long hair on the towels in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was “extensive,” but I wouldn’t eat the food based on the lack of cleanliness of the floor around the buffet. While it looked clean, my shoes were sticking to the floor…gross. We will not be returning to this hotel - Marriott used to be so reliable, but not in this case.

The hotel was mostly as expected for a Springhill Suites. The location is convenient, right off the highway. The property is older and could use some renovating. We had a small issue with the heater but the front desk sent a maintenance person right away and he was able to resolve the issue quickly and even offered to grab us an extra blanket. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
