The Georgian House

What a fabulous hotel. We were let down by the hotel in Williton that we had booked so we searched desperately and found the Georgian house. We phoned Keith the owner who was so understanding and helpful and offered us his best room. It was fantastic and we wish we could have stayed more than one night. Happily recommend anybody wanting to stay in the Watchet area to book this hotel. Thanks Keith

The Georgian House was clean, comfortable, great breakfast and lovely staff. Walking distance to the harbour and all amenities close by. Reasonable parking behind the location. Sunday Market was a treat! Will definitely return soon!!!

From the moment you walk in this wonderful space is fabulously quirky with antiques galore in a stunning Georgian building. We stayed in the red room which was both comfortable and ornate- with a separate space meaning this was more of a suite (perfect for those of us with different bed/ get up times). Breakfast was home cooked and delicious. The hosts added another layer of charm to this unique stay. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for 1 night at this lovely B&B. Sharon and Keith were very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the suite which was lovely. Everything you need is provided. The large bedroom has a sofa included. There are some lovely antiques throughout the three rooms. Loved the art deco clock! I enjoyed listening to the music system in the dressing room too. The bathroom was superb! We will definitely be back. Thank you Sharon and Keith for making us feel so welcome. Lovely place!

We needed last-minute accommodation and was so happy when we got to stay in their garden annex. It's a beautifully appointed space - very cosy with its own gated entrance. We were quite surprised by it really - it would be a great space for a long-term stay. We were given portable heaters to help with the frigid temperatures. Watchet always seems to be colder than anywhere else. Sharon took such great care of us, serving breakfast with her brand of warmth, smiles and stories. She's a lovely person and helped to make our stay so comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Keith, the owner is an intelligent story-teller with a sarcastic sense of humour, but this belies a warm and caring personality. We felt like family by the time we left. We highly recommend this place and its satisfying breakfasts.

Sorry for the late review . I stayed at this Charming hotel with two friends on the 18th November we were only there for one night a Surprise Birthday Party for a Friend in the area . The Hotel is beautiful extremely comfortable everything you need in the rooms .The Hotel is beautifully decorated wish we could have stayed longer .Wonderfull cooked breakfast so much choice would defiantly recommend
