The hotel grounds are delightful : pools excellent . Rooms - really would benefit from a refurb. I was surprised not to have fresh water bottles by the bed and not to have face flannels replaced . The breakfast is poor and the spa disappoints . Just not what I'd hoped for a five star price

Posto incantevole sotto tutti gli aspetti. Curato nei dettagli pulito e ben organizzato. Un resort da favola dove ti senti coccolato rispettato e curato. Sicurezza perfetta. Ristorazione ottima. Camere lussuose. Spiaggia favolosa. Il transfer collettivo da aeroporto a resort molto negativo. Prossima volta opterò per un transfer privato. Location super suggestiva, curata nei dettagli… peccato non si possa dire lo stesso del ristorante. Abbiamo cenato in coppia al Medina Palm, dopo l’ordinazione, esattamente dopo 30 minuti mi è stato detto che il mio antipasto era terminato. Abbiamo atteso altri 20 minuti prima di ricevere la prima portata che era una tartare di tonno, nella quale il tonno non si è sentito a causa dei troppi sapori e salse. Successivamente arriva la portata principale.. ma nulla di entusiasmante, il mio polpo era elastico, purtroppo cucinato male perché la materia prima si vedeva che era ottima. Pagato troppo per un posto tutto fumo e niente arrosto, peccato…

I will definitely revisit
The hotel is amazing, very clean and the staff are friendly and provide quality service. One thing that was not very good was the food prices. Lunch and dinner as well as drinks cost a lot and often not quite adequate to quality. However, I did recommend the hotel to friends already :-)

The penthouse was quite comfy and very clean. During our stay Rhoda maintained our room spotlessly clean. The dinning experience was awesome 😋particularly the garden dinner at Amandina restaurant 👌rich in taste and flavour. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, special appreciation to the restaurant manager Collins, George, Sharon and Juma. You made our stay memorable. We are so happy and grateful.
