Absolutely fantastic hotel in Watamu. Rooms large and clean, with all the necessary facilities for a comfy and relaxed stay. The garden, pool and private beach are stunning, the restaurant serves very good Italian food and the staff super kind and always smiling. It was a last minute booking due to a problem me and my family had with another accommodation, but Gisella and her staff did everything they could to help us and ensure we could enjoy our stay. It was a pleasure to stay at Visiwa and we will be back for sure!

Liked this place, very friendly staff and right on the beach. Comfortable rooms and the Italian ownership is reflected in the excellent ( and filling) pizzas and food at lunch and dinner. Slightly disappointing breakfasts I felt with lots of pastries but the Spanish omelettes were good. The only irritating point was the dreadful “lift” music played throughout the lovely garden area where you were blasted by bass sound without any idea of what the song was. Staff were happy to turn it down but I have no idea why they would play music is such an idyllic spot?

Scrivo finalmente, con colpevole ritardo, la recensione di questo fantastico resort. Innanzitutto vanno fatti i complimenti ai ragazzi dello staff e il personale tutto, sono stati fantastici in ogni istante del nostro soggiorno. In primis però devo citare Giselle che è davvero presente per ogni richiesta. La cucina è davvero ottima, il resort è gestito da italiani e la qualità del cibo rispecchia quella del nostro bel paese. Le stanze sono di spazi generosi e pulizia impeccabile. Tutto perfetto!! Grazie mille, spero di poterci tornare un giorno!

Struttura moderna, con delle camere vista mare favolose. Pulizia eccellente, staff sempre attento e sorridente. Gisella la direttrice sa esserci sempre e sa come farti sentire a casa. Ristorante con dei piatti mozzafiato, vi consiglio di provare la grigliata mista di pesce e la tartare di tonno sono eccezionali..

Finalmente domani anni sono riuscito a realizzare il mio sogno di visitare il Kenya. Tramite amici mi e" stata consigliata questa struttura. Maurizio e Corinne sono due padroni di casa eccellenti sempre presenti e disponibili. Gisella la direttrice dal primo giorno che siamo arrivati ci ha dato tantissimi consigli e rassicurazioni. Cibo 5 stellle. Pulizia camere 5 stelle. Tutto 5 stelle Sono sicuro che torneremo!

Sono stata in questo hotel con una coppia di amici e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatto ! Abbiamo soggiornato 4 gg in questo hotel dopo il Safari. Siamo stati molto bene, accolti e coccolati come a casa...Corinne e Maurizio insieme a Gisella sono degli ottimi padroni di casa, sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni desiderio ed esigenza. Bellissima la vista e la spiaggia privata proprio sotto l'hotel. Il ristorante Amici è fantastico. Ottima cucina italiana. Molto vasto il menù, i piatti tutti molto buoni e ricercati. Lo staff super gentile , professionale e sempre con il sorriso ...un vero piacere aver trascorso delle belle giornate in questo hotel. Lo consiglio vivamente!
