I arrived on a Sunday and it said on ******* that the reception would be manned until 18, but when I arrived there was a sign on the door that said that the reception was not manned on Sundays. I called the number on the sign and a very nice lady gave me information about how to get to my room. ******* should update the information on their website, otherwise it was a nice stay.

Hotel Wassersleben 👍et super ophold for sjælen … At vågne i et rent værelse med en fantastisk udsigt til Flensborg fjor, en dejlig morgenmadsbuffet. Venlig og imødekommende personale. Ikke mindst skønne vandreture. Kan bestemt anbefales.

Erstmal ist die Lage perfekt und das Personal freundlich. Das ist das einzig Positive. Als wir das Zimmer betraten, lagen am Eingang benutzte Taschentücher. Es gab keine Bar, wo man etwas trinken konnte, was für so ein abgelegenes Hotel schade ist. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und die Betten nicht gemacht. Sollte mann fragen! Ein Ersatz für gebrauchte Kaffeebeutel und Kaffeekapseln erfolgte nicht. Im Zimmer stand ein leerer Kühlschrank. Fungierte dieser als ungefüllte Minibar? Aufgrund einer Erkrankung des Küchenchefs war das Restaurant am Samstagabend nicht geöffnet. (sic). Die Bettdecke bestand aus zusammengerollten Daunenbällen. An der Rezeption wurde dies kaum beachtet und die Zukunft wird viele Verbesserungen bringen. Fazit: Dies ist den Namen Hotel nicht wert, sondern ein überteuertes B&B, das von einer Vielzahl dänischer Gäste gesponsert wird. Nie wieder!

Utætte vinduer, og koldt værelse
Det blæste rigtigt meget, og vinduerne var så utætte at det blev koldt på værelset. Og desuden hylede det ind af vinduet. Ikke nemt at sove.

Vi havde et fint ophold. Vores hund var velkommen mod et gebyr til rengøring. Første aften spiste vi aftensmad på hotellet. Menukortet er ret begrænset.
Udsigten fra restaurant og værelse har smuk ud over fjorden.
