Telefonische Erreichbarkeit eine glatte 6: Erster Anruf wurde gar nicht entgegen genommen. Beim zweiten Versuch ging eine Dame nach ewigem Klingeln ran - sie war zum Mittag. Tut mir leid, aber eine Rezeption eines Hotels hat ständig besetzt zu sein. Die Auskunft war genauso mangelhaft: Frage nach Ausleihe von Bademänteln wurde bejaht, macht aber das Aquapoint, eine Preisliste gäbe es an der Rezeption nicht und könnte sie mir auch nicht mitteilen. Dies müsse bei der Anreise im Aquapoint selbst erfragt werden. Blamabel - denn die Preise stehen auf der Homepage des Hotels (nach dem Anruf selbst gegoogelt).

The buildings look great from the outside, check-in awful, about 40 people waiting, took an hour, one person in reception, other check-in points unattended, no one seem to care. Shower cubicle filthy and a health hazzard, had more mould than a cheese factory, soap dispenser fallen off the wall with evidence it had happened a number of times previously.

Never again. Web-site and marketing pictures do not correspond to real life. Location is crapy unless you love shopping @Fleggaard which is same building/entrance (advice: always check Google Maps). Very old and used rooms and price is absolutely not reflecting the conditions. A mini-vaction (luckily only 2 nights) was wasted and our kid disappointed. A hostel in center of Flensburg would have been better

Drafty old building. The sliding door didn't close properly causing draft , and the door rattled. The breakfast or what was left of the breakfast at 9 was poor. The pool was freezing . At checkout we weren't ask how our stay was so no we won't be back !

Der Blick des Zimmers war auf die Bedachung des angrenzenden Supermarkts. Der Lärm der Belüftungsanlage war so laut, dass man die Fenster nicht öffnen mochte. Eine Alternative wurde auf Nachfrage nicht angeboten. Der schmuddelige Langflorteppich machte das Zimmer auch nicht gemütlicher. Schade

Gebucht habe ich ein Superior Zimmer mir wurde ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit den vierhundert Nummern im Aquapoint zugeteilt. Leider war das Zimmer mit einem veralteten Plüschteppich ausgestattet, was meiner Meinung nach nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Das Zimmer verfügte über eine kleine Terrasse zur Straße mit einer potenziell schönen Grünfläche, die jedoch völlig ungepflegt war. Die vorhandenen Stühle waren schmutzig und auf dem Boden befand sich Taubenkot sowie zahlreiche Spinnweben, was auf mangelnde Reinigung hinweist. Die Vorhänge an den Fenstern waren ebenfalls schmutzig und der Schreibtischstuhl wies alte Haare auf. An den Decken waren tote Insekten, die offensichtlich nicht entfernt worden waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet empfand ich als mittelmäßig, obwohl alle üblichen Frühstücksartikel vorhanden waren, waren sie von minderwertiger Qualität. Das Hotel scheint dringend eine Renovierung und Überarbeitung zu benötigen. Ich hoffe, dass mein Feedback dazu beiträgt, das Management dazu zu bewegen, die Zimmer und Einrichtungen Schritt für Schritt zu verbessern.

Fijn hotel voor onderweg van of naar Scandinavië. Heerlijke welness met zwembad binnen en buiten, whirlpool, sauna buiten (zonder kleding) en kruiden sauna en stoomcabine met badkleding. Goede bedden en nette kamers. Alleen het avondeten viel ons wat tegen. Het was in buffet vorm en de kwaliteit van het eten viel ons wat tegen. Het ontbijt daarentegen was wel erg goed en veel keuze.

We are so happy with our stay . This is our 4th times to stay on this hotel . Super friendly staff and clean rooms. We love the pool and sauna . The prices we paid for is all worth it. We recommend this place.

Worn down hotel. Sub par service e.g. checked in at 14.50, was told we could not check in until 15.00, so we had to wait in the lobby. Guess everyone was told the same because the queue was long at 15.00, so now we had to wait again...a mystery to me why it was so important to have us wait another 10 minutes. Fitness center was being renovated, so closed. Steam bath was out of order, so closed. Bar was just closed. All pool area was closed from 10-14 - would have been nice to know before booking. Restaurant was overcrowded at breakfast, so after managing to get some really result low quality food from the buffet, we had to sit in empty feeling 15 degrees cold room next to the restaurant. Of course it goes without saying that the general standard is very low e.g. lousy towels, no amneties in bathroom, Main entrance to Aqua is permanently closed, just use the back door, I mean why give people a sense of entering a nice spa 😊
