Der erste Eindruck durch erstklassige Lage am See trügt bei genauer Betrachtung. In unserem kleinen Zimmer musste ich erstmal 10 Spinnen und -netze beseitigen, auch andere Bereiche wirken eher ungepflegt. Meine Reklamation am nächsten Morgen wurde durch den arroganten Empfangsmitarbeiter abgeschmettert. Bei Abreise wurde zudem der Rechnungsbetrag fürs Laden des Elektroautos als Parkgebühr ausgewiesen und als in Deutschland hotelüblich und steuerlich nicht anders machbar (!) von dem besagten Herren erklärt. Gäste-/Kundenorientierung geht anders und der gehobene Übernachtungspreis entspricht nicht den Leistungen!

Das Hotel ist im Restaurantbereich frisch renoviert, die Zimmer sind traditionelle Burgzimmer oder modern je nachdem was man will, aber beide super gemütlich. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Es liegt direkt am Wasser und bietet eine tolle Aussicht und Ruhe. Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Ich komme gern immer wieder ein echter Erholungsort und Hunde sind auch gern gesehen

Wer sich vom Alltag distanzieren möchte, ist im Schloss Hotel genau richtig. Man kann sich in den historischen Zimmern wunderbar erholen, das Hotel verfügt über eine gute Küche,der Bodensee liegt direkt am Hotel.

Das Zimmerist im Stil des alten Schlosses eingerichtet, aber mit ganz modernem Bad, die Gästeräume neu, sehr gut passend kombiniert, das Frühstück sehr gut mit schönem Blick auf den See.
Es entsprach insgesamt unseren Erwartungen an ein Romantikhotel.

This is a castle and the rooms are decorated accordingly. Food was great overlooking the lake which was wonderful. Like everything in the region, spotlessly clean. A wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff

Groß und sehr schön ist das Hotel, die Zimmer, die Anlage und die Lage direkt am See mit Sonnenterrasse und einem phantastischen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und freuten uns am reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet.
