Bachelorette weekend Everything about this house is perfection! If you’re looking to stay in Nashville look no further than 12 South. We had a group of women stay in this house for 2 nights we had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Being able to walk right into town was great! The outdoor space was beautiful. Check-in, parking and check out were a breeze! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect House for Your Wedding Weekend We booked this house for my bridal party to stay the weekend in Nashville and we could not have been more pleased! The house is a beautiful backdrop for getting ready photos and we had plenty of room for everyone to get their hair and makeup done. The back patio is huge and perfect for spending time with friends.

Great Place for IU Graduation An amazing property nestled in the oasis of Nashville, IN. A great place to stay when visiting IU and Bloomington is booked solid. The house has been completely renovated and the interior design is amazing. All the amenities are there and conducive for all ages. Will certainly come back!
