Let’s start with the positive: 1) beds were comfortable 2) air-conditioning worked & was quiet. Negative: 1) we had multiple issues with the key card lock on our door, and the staff seemed really put out by us repeatedly having to ask for help/new keys. 2) Staff in general were miserable and disgruntled. 3) We were on the first floor and used the side entrance for coming and going. It was easy for anyone to use that entrance as the lock was broken and anyone could just walk in. No key card required. Didn’t make us feel particular safe. 4) Clearly an older hotel, room was run down. 5) When people staying in the room above us took a shower, the pipes rattled and banged loudly. 5) breakfast was powdered eggs, fake bacon, and muffins. I didn’t bother.

YUK !! A child's term. "YUK" sums up this neglected - sad excuse for a "COMFORT SUITES" !! Does no one from CHOICE HOTELS care about anything but franchising for profit - GREED??? See for yourself. A dump for a parking lot - Tarps covering the roof - No effort for repair visible - the arbor garden overgrown with WEEDS and NOT POT - a sitting area to relax is totally overgrown and NO effort to 'SPRUCE IT UP - Take a drive around this property...WHAT A DUMP!! The GM must be proud and indeed what does he, she, OR maybe it... convey / tell the owners? "YUK" is in its simplest form but sure fits this COMFORT SOURS!! However our room was clean, a testimonial to maybe an unfortunate blind person coming to work...to work doing a fine job...The rest of the crew would be terminated / fired / profiled as "worthless". " Seeing IS believing ! " See / experience for yourself. Steve and Barbara Benyo - Elmira, NY ..What a disgrace!!!

The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. It’s located across from Walmart, sheetz, fruit stand, liquor, beer, Dunkin’ Donuts and interstate 79 . There’s good choices for the free breakfast. I assume the restaurants are in edinboro nearby, but didn’t need them with sheetz right there.

I did not like that the hotel seems to have gone down hill since I was there last year and the room that I was staying in needs to updated and the hot water faucet in the shower was making a loud noise.
