Booked for a week, overall the experience was good. I found that many people choose to stay long term in this hotel. On the first night, I found that the room had a strange smell and the shower had water problems. The next day, we were quickly moved to another room. The breakfast had a lot of variety, the menu was changed every other day, and the fruit supply was also sufficient.

Passing by Dayton, the Air Force Museum is about half an hour away. There are many Chinese restaurants around. The dinner at Fumanlou is economical. The faucets in the hotel are a bit special to operate, but fortunately, they are equipped with a capable front desk lady who can solve the problem in time. You can make your own waffles for breakfast, which tastes good.

The room smelled as soon as we walked in. I complained at the front desk & it was sprayed. It kind of helped. I doubt this room had been cleaned as you can tell by the picture. Fortunately it was for only one night. The bathroom stool is so low as if it was for a child. The seat is not the correct size either. Ceiling falling down outside the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel.

On the last night of our senior citizens bus trip, we stayed at the Hotel Dayton South. While checking in, I requested a shower chair for one of the people on our bus. The person on the front desk walked away, then came back and said they didn't have a shower chair. He also told me that the showers were tricky. To get water, you must pull on the faucet before turning it to hot or cold. I informed the people on our bus about the showers. Our room was fine. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were like rocks. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner. There was hair on the floor. The next day when we were at breakfast, several people from our bus pulled me aside to tell me that their rooms were dirty, empty bottles of booze was found in drawers and under the beds, dirty towels were on the closet floor, and a few of them said they couldn't get any water in the shower even though they tugged and tugged on the faucet. While in the breakfast area I noticed some people with disabilities could not get down the steps into the breakfast seating area. (They couldn't carry their food and hang onto the rail at the same time.) The breakfast area should be accessible to everyone. Why isn't there a ramp?

Nice clean room front desk was very helpful. Ashley was very nice,helpful and professional. She has always tried to help me as much as she possibly could I would recommend this hotel to anyone that was in this area. Housekeeping has done an excellent job with the entire hotel where I have been

Terrific mid-priced hotel. Recently renovated inside. It has a lovely large breakfast area with many choices for breakfast. It is clean and tidy everywhere. They have a bank of 3 computers for patron use and a small gym as well. My room included a King bed and also a small coffee table with loveseat size couch and a desk, a nice small fridge and microwave.

Staff is very professional Hotel is wery clean and well maintained! Quiet and peaceful place to stay. Breakfast is 1st class If could give more stars would do so. Max and Ashley a great at the front desk. Politeness and professionalism exudes from this hotel.
