From the time Brysen handled the details of our check in until the time we checked out, our party (which had nine rooms for a weekend) was handled with thoughtfulness and care. The facility is beautiful and well kept. The location is wonderful and convenient to everything. However, the team working at the hotel made our weekend. They were gracious, welcoming and extended us every courtesy to help us to navigate a very busy weekend. Taxis to get us to the event? No problem. Room service with complicated orders? Done. Brysen even ran out to pick up an order for us when we unfortunately arrived during a time when the kitchen was closed. Literally going the extra mile. We were treated as honored guests and had a lovely time. Thanks to Lindsey for the no fuss checkout with so many details handled efficiently and politely. We will return happily to Sofitel DC on our next trip to DC.

Nice clean modern decor. Most staff were nice. One front desk clerk was not over the 4 days we stayed. Calling a 1-800 number twice ended up being registered as ”out of state” and we were billed $20 X 2 = $40 for these two toll free calls. We didn't use the phone otherwise but beware of exorbitant phone bills. There is no phone use pricing in the room. The indoor pool is a bit of a joke (tiny) and probably should not be a consideration when deciding which hotel to stay at. We didn't even bother bringing our kids to the pool after seeing it. There was no way to give an electronic tip to the cleaning staff or valet which would have been much more convenient. Parking included EV charging which was great.

What an amazing property!!!! The moment we pulled up to the property the stellar service and red carpet was rolled out! The door man Mohamed a true veteran and class act! He shared all of my options as a guest in reference to my parking and ultimately provided us with a reserved parking spot right in front of the building bravo bravo sir!!! The check in process was just as stellar with our friend Frank Poku he is all a guest service agent needs to be professional, courteous, with so much knowledge of the area and the property itself!!! The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, and a perfect location on a high floor. This will be our property of choice for every DC trip moving forward!!! tProfessional,

I stayed here for one week and my experience overall was good; however; having stayed at a CQ in Nezw York, I must confess I was a little bit disappointed with the room. The location of the hotel is good if you only need a place where to sleep. There is a French bakery across the street, a Starbucks and a 7/11 nearby. Access is easy with subway and buss only steps away. However, remember this is a financial area so during the weekend it is entirely dead. Almost everything is closed. Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Staff were very nice and helpful. One of the things I love about the CQ hotels is the free coffee, tea and water bottles. They have a space, usually on the 2nd floor, where you can work, grab a coffee or tea or fill your water bottle. Water bottles also available on the different floors. The room itself was much smaller than I had anticipated. The bathroom seemed to be old and it was really tiny. What I found annoying was a terrible smell that came out of the bathroom. I am not sure if it was the curtain or something else but it was driving me crazy. I had a mini fridge in the room and an iron and board. Please note some rooms are very close so if you are a light sleeper and your neighbours are noisy; you will hear everything. I also noticed thqt the smells also travel across the rooms.

You have to come to Infamy omg! it was so wonderful we had the best service ever from Donna, Luca, Iyana… we hung around for a few hours and had amazing cocktails and wonderful service, Chris the manager came over to offer us a last call at 1130 just to make sure we were happy the whole staff gives off excellent energy and really engages with us

The location of the hotel is good, but in fact it is inconvenient to eat around. The air conditioner may be an old-fashioned American all-in-one machine, and the sound is extremely loud. The key is that it still makes a loud noise when it is turned off without airflow! How strange! Will the old beauty tolerate such rooms and hotels? ! It seems that those standards of Laomei are also perfect!

We held a 20 persons' international meeting for 2 days. The meeting room was perfect for our needs and the meeting catering was exceptionally good! The staff was particularly helpful in the organisation of the event and assisting us over the 2 days.

I stayed here with some friends for 3 nights in September. Hotel is just like most Hyatt places. The room small but clean mini fridge small sitting area very comfortable bed, good bathroom amenities. Excellent housekeeping service. The breakfast was simple not elaborate one kind of breakfast meat daily, potato’s, scrambled eggs, and hard boiled eggs, fruit salad, cereal, breads, good juices and coffee and tea. So glad you can eat at the hotel and then get a head start on your day. Don’t expect much for dinner - it’s mostly bar food not a big menu and the cook is usually up on the upper level roof bar and not on the ground floor. They did have some snacks, bakery items , and pre packaged salads in the lobby to buy. With so many restaurants in DC to choose from you will find almost anything either with in walking distance or in Uber. Getting to the hotel from DCA airport is easy on the Metro ( get off at Mc Phearson station) and walk . Cost was only around $3.50 per person or so. The staff at the hotel were all very welcoming and friendly. They made some good recommendations . It was a great stay

The room is quite big, and each of the twin beds is also very big, which is no problem for two people to sleep, and the hardware facilities are very good. The hotel is not far from the White House and can be reached on foot. The subway station is less than 500 meters away from the hotel, and you can take the subway to the airport. The attitude of the hotel staff is average, not very enthusiastic. I recommend this hotel for a big family. The 20-dollar buffet breakfast is also OK, semi-buffet, ordering + bread, ham and fruit buffet.
