我本來不想做評論，但是酒店的服務態度實在太過分了，首先辦理入住，前台冷漠態度，對於入住事項沒做任何説明，含的早餐是點餐形式，另外收的35美金也會加扣進去，其次在早餐用餐時，吧枱服務員碰倒酒瓶導致摔碎一片玻璃杯，我們剛好坐在旁邊，玻璃杯碴噴到我手臂上，我當場就指出了，也還好小孩沒事沒噴到，服務員居然一句道歉也沒有，酒店方面也不做迴應，後來反應給攜程，酒店方面居然要我們提供當天服務員和領班的銘牌號，事發突然我們怎麼會去記住，外國人一板一眼堅持按流程走，絲毫不考慮當事者的感受，這也太不尊重人了，還好攜程平台儘量溝通給我們權益，但是這個酒店是堅決反應給大家，不要入住，辦理入住態度不和善，不尊重，效率也很慢，簡直是不可理喻

This is one of the most annoying hotels I’ve ever stayed in. To get cutlery delivered to your room at night, you need to pay a $15 delivery fee, or go downstairs and collect it yourself. the 5* status is an absolute joke. there is a labyrinth of fees and up charges to navigate, with plenty of stupid ways they extract $40-80 from you per night for stuff you never asked for. If you have a function here, highly recommend the hyatt next door.
